Can only rate on pickup. Delivery not available to me in my area ( wish it was, would order more often. But alas they don't deliver to my area, a 7 minute drive.) . But did is always ready in the 15 minutes stated. It's always fresh and hot. Staff is always friendly and polite. Like most other pizza in Florida, this does not live up to Midwest expectations. Lacking on cheese and sauce. You would think with a national chain you would get some consistency, but evidently not.
