Predictable food, service and environment. When we visited the lobby was so loud with kitchen beeping and rude customers slamming chairs around that my friend actually had to walk out and text me their order. I placed a to-go order and they left out the sauce my friend likes so much, which was the reason we went here. Otherwise the food was good.

Long lines for drive through allow at least 20 minutes. A lot of times they are out of chicken or even white rice.

Usually love Pollo Tropical but this one is sub par. Found plastic in my food I almost swallowed last time I went. Besides that they always get wrong order. Many times been charged for expensive item only to be told at window after paying they don't have it and not reimbursed. Never get the correct sauce. Person at window usually distracted not friendly and hard to communicate with.

Honest mistake or pure laziness, young lady at the window forgot 3 items in my bag. How is that even possible +2 drinks? When you spend $40 on food wait in a 2530 minute line then they forget three things in your bag +2 drinks that’s wild to me in a restaurant. I know how it is, but that is just pure laziness.

The food is always decent especially considering the price. Everything is pretty simply made. Can’t compare to a home cooked Cuban meal. But for the price and the fact that you don’t have to cook. It’s well worth the money. ? the service is decent most of the time. Sometimes it gets business and sometimes the staff can be rude. Just depending on how busy the restaurant gets. The atmosphere is decent. The restaurant was recently remodeled. Still feels kind of cheap on the inside. But after all, it is a fast food restaurant.

We had the rice bowls and it was very good. Seems like Pollo Tropical has been affected by shinkflation. The portions seemed small.
I wasn't even served because he told me he couldn't break a big bill 2:00 pm I wasted my whole lunch break just too be denied ????.

As I sit here eating my food thinking how far from normal we have come, illegals behind and in front of the counter, costs have more than doubled and the one thing that gets me everywhere is false advertising by way of pictures, they do make an effort to make it right but we are long gone from what is right.

Went there last night. Lady that served food didn't give me my drink, said cashier had to give it to me, she was very busy with other clients, after waiting I went and asked her why sho couldn't give me drink. And she did. When got to my table realized my order was missing the meat, so I had to go back to counter and get. And some guy with attitude asked what was wrong, and I told him about the meat and he served it but with attitude. BTW, some pieces of chicken where burnt.
