I have stayed silent enough and need to warn people about what to expect at this location. I absolutely love Popeyes spicy fried chicken so when I moved to the area a year ago I was very excited to have one just a few miles away. The very first time I went here they were out of fried chicken so bad timing, the next time they didn't have soda, the third time I ordered a large spicy family meal and got all regular chicken and then yesterday I ordered a 12 piece chicken only box to get home to 10 pieces of chicken (my mom was visiting so I convinced her to make her famous sides) A 12 piece chicken only box was $6 more than the 10 piece family meal that came with 2 family sides and 5 biscuits so I paid $6 extra for two more pieces of chicken that I didn't even get.I have to finally give up, something is wrong every single time, it's like a bad relationship that I need to call quits, it's you, not me. I will sadly miss my favorite chicken but I just can't do this to myself anymore.I hope you get it together some day.

The service at this location is horrible! I ordered online for pickup and when i got there , i was told my food is almost ready and to pull up to the end and they will bring it to me once it’s ready. i sat there for 30+ minutes waiting and decided that i should go in after waiting so long . My food was sitting behind the counter the whole time ! when i mentioned that i was waiting a while, i was told they don’t know why it wasn’t brought out .On top of that, i ordered an 4 oreo cheese cake and was given the strawberry cheesecake. when i went back and told them, i was told they don’t have anymore oreo . It was disappointing to know that they tried to pass the wrong item off to me without informing me first or offering a refund for not having it .To top that off, the large fried portion was extremely small and the food was over fried to the point where i was eating most hard crisps and no meat . I was extremely shocked by the large fry portion.

I have the hope that they will improve one day but this is the last time I try it, I had an order of little food for $54 dollars. I don't know if they did me wrong but I had to go home and buy two sandwiches and eat the others with scared and they even gave me raw chicken some of the sandwiches looked like they were cooked multiple times in oil and the sprite tasted like mold and they gave me sauce for my tenders, it's sad that the only time a month I can order food in the month in a fast food restaurant give me a one star meal

This Popeyes had everything. Went to one had no backend ranch,or cajan fries.Another one no napkins, coke,Cole slaw,fries and blackened ranch.Today was much better.

Went through drive through and just got home and NO 7.99 shrimp tackle box! Had to pull up to get food and they forgot my drink she went back in to get it! Ask if everything was in (4 meals) and yes positively! Now they won’t answer phone ! Plus have called 8 times they don’t answer! Ugh glad I asked for receipt at window. Attendant had to give duplicate since she pitched mine!

I had a problem here recently, and Jessica did a wonderful job taking care of it. She was polite, professional, and personable.Because of her, I now feel like a valued customer.
I ordered three sandwiches and a tenders combo. I get home, open my order, and it's three boxes and a bag of JUST fries. All for $47. On the bright side, I got fries for all week I guess. Now I know why my mom checks the orders in front of them.

Every time I eat there. The only reason. I keep going back is hoping they have fixed the issues. A d corporate keeps giving me money off my next order. They can't count for thing with mass quantities. Chicken Nuggets are either cold or over cooked no in between.
