I placed a mobile order this morning and it gave me a ready for pickup at 9:06am. I get to the drive thru and it is 9:05am. I tell them that I have a drive thru order and the woman over the speaker tries to find it, as I’m speaking with her it comes thru. She starts to get an attitude with me and tells me that it’s not even ready to drive really slow and go back thru the whole drive thru. I pull up to the window and she starts arguing with me at the window. I showed her that the app says ready at 9:06. It’s not my fault that it didn’t get sent to the store until 9:05. She tells me that the tea takes 5 mins to seep that I need to go through the drive thru again. I told her I’m not doing that as there were a line of cars behind me now. She said she’ll bring it out to my car to go park. I ended up driving away, calling customer service and getting a refund. If I didn’t place a mobile order and just went through the drive thru to order would I have been told to go around again? Customer service was horrible and I couldn’t believe the way I spoken to. Horrible service. Will not return.

Go to this location everyday with no issues and today the "little spoiled brat" working the drive thru who was obviously not having a good day thinks she can be rude to me. The manager was called but didnt really seem to care either. They charge $9 for a frap and think that its ok to be rude? I will definately not be returning to this location after today.

Went through the drive thru on my way to work. Im a nursing mom that was up with her baby all night and didn't have time to make breakfast so I was extremely disappointed when my bacon gouda sandwich was ice cold. I know they rushed it - before I pulled forward the drive thru worker made a comment about how I should drive slow the food will take a minute. I don't care what kinda of time quota you have to meet, you don't understand true hunger until you've breast fed. And of course I couldn't go back through the line because I was headed to work. 2 stars because the bacon gruyere egg bites were the correct temperature.

When I got to the store, the cashier stood in front of me (knowing I was there) making conversation with another coworker for a couple minutes and then turned around to take my order. This is disappointing because I go on my breaks so I only have a small amount of time and don’t appreciate my time being wasted.

My order overall was good. The service though was different. Theres a new girl in the window that gave off serious attitude. I went today around 4:30pm. Its a bit slower at this time. I was in the empty line alone and was still told to wait. Ive never considered changing locations because I love those girls. This new one not so much

You shouldn’t have to wait in the drive thru 30 mins just to get a coffee. Cars will wait 5-10 mins just to order.

The team here is amazing! My drinks are always made right and the partners make me feel like I’ve been friends with them for forever when I go in and get my drinks. Couldn’t recommend this location more!

Just got to Starbucks 1:00pm today , some lady doesn’t know how to make a coffee right, in the menu one type of coffee , and I got something else instead. No whipped cream added . And sticky cup .
