Store was very clean. Both subs were very hot and fresh. Bread was fresh. Augi (sp?) was very nice and polite and told us what the specials were. The young lady was very helpful also. We will be back. Thanks!

I've never seen a subway that blocks the view of them making your sub. The server didn't fully understand what I was saying and was almost finished making the sub before i realized. I specified it was custom in the beginning. Never going there again.

We found a hair on my wife's sandwich. We called and I drove back to get a refund and the old lady said there was no hair on the sandwich even without looking, grabbed the bag of both sandwiches and through them away, refunded my money minus the 2 dollar tip and said to never come back! We have been here before with no issues but this is the last. Her customer service and the way she treats her other associates is horrible.Clean house at this one...Never again...Check your food before you eat it.

Terrible service they were trying to lock the door faster than I can get to it at 8:20 when they close at 9 then messed up the entire sandwich after I told her a number 33 then got mad at me couldn’t take directions on what I wanted on the sandwiches and then had an attitude when I said that’s not right and the price was wrong too terrible service never going back again the Woman spoke no English couldn’t understand me telling her a number for the meal and then caught an attitude for me saying why did you try to lock me out it’s 8:20 your open till 9? Overall -500/5 stars don’t waste your sanity

They had locked the door way before closing when i knocked on the door the lady was rude telling us to leave saying we couldn’t enter waving her hand at us to leave. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this subway.

Walked in and there was what appaeared to be a homeless lady and her pet cat sleeping on the bench, which i actually didnt mind all that much but was a sign of things to come. The two women working didnt appear to speak English or even have a grasp of the menu. Ordered a chicken teriyaki sub, toasted. The bread came out nice and crispy but unfortunately the chicken was warmed at all beforehand, so it was essentially ice cold. Had to ask for a bag to carry my footlong, chips, and a drink and the woman working couldn't understand the word bag. Fortunately I was able to mime what a bag is. Both women had long hair and neither of them were wearing hair nets. Bad experience, won't return.

The most horrible manager ever, she’s extremely unprofessional and rude, I order two Philly steak sandwich with double everything the send out two regulars nothing double, I call the Restaurant the manager told me to call door dash because was there problem and hangs up the phone, I call back and she continue hanging the phone on me , I drove to the restaurant and bring the sandwich back her response was to leave the restaurant and don’t come back or she will call the police, that’s not subway standard customer service, I wish to someone from subway read it and do something about it, thanks
