My wife and I use this Subway frequently. Today, however, was the worst experience of the bunch. First, no more wraps available. The attendant stated that Subway is no longer offering wraps, and to that we countered, what about the signage on the front window advertising your new wraps? A shoulder shrug, so we ended up with flat bread. Next, my wife wanted jalapenos on the sandwich and, of course, there were no jalapenos to be had in the shop. And lastly and the most egrious, we enjoy the Subway raspberry/chocolate chip cookie and, you guessed it, none available. This is strike one, and if there is a second strike there will never be a third.

I'm not sure why they have online ordering available if they wait until you're there to pick it up to make the sub. My Order was placed at 1:18, said it was ready at 1:35. I went in and they hadn't even started it. I didn't get my sub until 1:50!!

You think ordering for pickup eliminates all issues. Not here. They manage to f up everything so I had to wait an eternity in the store until they got it.In top of that sandwich was dry as f. I only had bread in my mouth. The sauce I had to search with a microscope.

I had an order of 5 sandwiches at about 8pm. An employee named Claude handled my order better than any Subway employee ever has. He wasn’t annoyed when I told him it was a decent sized order, he didn’t breathe hard or roll his eyes when every sandwich was different, and didn’t get lost one time, even at the end trying to remember how to charge each meal. He seemed young, but that’s the type of employee that’s an asset. However bonuses work, he should get one.good work ?

My senior Mom goes up to pick up two Italian BMT's for lunch. She has list of exactly what I want on it. First, they put it on the wrong bread, she asks them to remake it. They did so with just meat and cheese, no lettuce, tomato as initially ordered. Mom said guy barely spoke English. What a disappointment. Not the first time with this location either. Oh and they don't answer the phone either. Finally, got through and manager said it's our fault, he saw the paper and put in the bag. Apparently he can't read then, because the paper that came back in the bag clearly list everything. This Subway will no longer get any business from us.

Don’t come here at opening hours and expect for them to be open. They’re suppose to be open at 8AM but they never are ! Good job Subway

YALL ARE NEVER OPEN ON TIME. SOME PEOPLE LIKE SUBWAY ON THEIR WAY TO WORK AND WHEN A CORPORATE BUSINESS IS SUPPOSED TO OPEN AT 8 I DONT GET WAY EVERYYYY SINGLE DAY YALL ARENT OPENING UNTIL WAY AFTER THAT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND NOOO I DONT LIKE PUBLIX SUBS.

Young kid in there working making sandwiches had hair halfway down his back and no net or hair restraint on. I will report this to the heath department. Whoever owns that franchise, you should be ashamed of yourself.
