The Bagel Factory will FOREVER be the best place to go for bagels in Cape Coral! I actually worked at this restaurant over 3 years ago and still go at least once a week to get my favorite breakfast sandwich with their amazing iced mocha coffee. I promise you, it's not a bias thing. The prices for their food might seem alarming but I'd much rather spend the extra money on better ingredients and better taste than going to a chain restaurant that puts a bunch of preservatives in their bagels and sometimes paying almost the same price!! As well, I have deep admiration for David and his ability to ALWAYS keep his restaurant clean. I will always mark The Bagel Factory as my #1 breakfast destination! Edit: I notice a lot of people alarmed about how they will be out of bagels by 11 A.M, but they don't just keep extra bagels in the back! This location is very small so the Fort Myers location is in charge of making the bagels and storing them. Sometimes, David will drive the 30 minutes to get more bagels for his customers. If anything, it should show that people love his bagels so much they buy them all before noon!

1st Time Customer..1/2 doz assorted..Jalapeño so far favorite..light..crunchy on outside fluffy on inside. Perfect consistency for a freshly baked bagel.Delicious ?Will be back soon..worth the short drive on Del Prado nw Cape.to eat in or out highly recommended ?

This was my first try at bagel factory. I ordered the everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. The everything bagel was bland. The egg tasted like one of those fake instant eggs. I ordered coffee that also tasted very bland even with an excess of creamer and sugar. The service was quick, but not exceptionally friendly. No smiles or explanation of food. I noticed another poster commented on these bagels not comparing to Northeast. He or she would be correct. It's not just the bagels though, it's the ingredients. I spent around $11 for my meal. I won't be coming back, but I wish this business the best. Take customer feedback with humbleness and you'll have a packed breakfast spot. If you use real eggs, put more flavorings on everything bagels, more bacon, and get some flavored creamer.. you would have gained a longterm customer.

I went to get bagels at 10:30am I'm the morning. They didn't have any bagels left. There's something wrong with management there. I live in South Cape. So, it was quite a drive to get there.

This quaint little place has been here for as long as I can remember and it is an absolute staple for a no frills, filling breakfast. Service has always been prompt and friendly, and the mebu ranges from a wide variety of freshly made bagels with the options of toasted with butter/cream cheese. Seasoning is a bit underwhelming in general but they keep salt and pepper handy. Consistency has always been a hallmark everything always tastes exactly how I expect it to and that can't be understated how important that is!

Friendly and quick service. The cinnamint sugar bagel- scrumptious! A nice sit down area inside and also a few tables outside. Self serve coffee that always seem to have fresh coffee every time.
The bialies were not like any bialies I’ve ever had. They were the wrong shape and tasted awful. The man who took my order put double the amount I ordered. I paid without looking in the bag.

Highly recommend getting in earlier than later to get your favorite pick!! Service was very prompt & quick! Yum!! These folks must be from New York! These bagels are the bomb!!! Went here for the first time today since buying property in the area. We will be regular customers! We both had the ham, scrambled egg and cheddar cheese breakfast sandwiches with their delicious coffee!! My only complaint is they should put at least two slices of ham as it is kinda thin. But the egg and bagel were outstanding!! They have an excellent selection of bagels and also serve lunch here until 2pm.
