I love tropical smoothie.! However, I went to this location on Santa Barbara and went through the drive-through and had the rudest person. She didn’t say hi, how can I help you. Just what do you want? Didn’t ask what I wanted for my side. Got to window, no hi or anything just said my total. She handed me my food and no goodbye, thank you or anything and closed her window. l won’t be back!

I originally gave this place a good review and usually do not have too many issues here. However, today was a different story. Got my food home started eating it and found a really long human (I hope) hair in my food. I'm not expecting people to wear hair nets or anything crazy in the modern day, but at least try to make an effort to keep your hair out of the food. It was really long and hard to miss. Gross. Not sure if I'm going back anytime soon. Please do better.

Gave me the whole wrong order! The sticker said it’s right but this isn’t what I ordered.
Walked in to get a smoothie. We have come here quite often. But today we stood at the register and were never acknowledged. We waited and waited but nothing. I understand if you are busy but you could at least look up, say hello and that you would be right with us. Very sad because this was one of my fave places to go. Went to Bahia Bowl and were waited in right away.
