I ordered 2 açaí bowls and I substituted mango instead of the bananas. The mango they put on top was expired and had a slime taste. I didn’t even realize it until I got home. There is absolutely no customer service too. Not my favorite tropical smoothie location. I only go here because it is close to my job.

What a horrible experience. This girl with glasses was so rude and didn’t want to be there. If you don’t have customer service skills you shouldn’t work in customer service, period!

I was the first car to pull up at the drive thru about 12:35. I ordered 2 smoothie's and waited 10 min to receive my order. After I received my order from the young lady she proceeds to asked did I need straws for the smoothies and I said yes. She closed the window and never came back . Another person came to the window 2 min later and asked did i need anything else, and i said i am waiting for straws. The guy grab the straws that was next by him.I think she was being RUDE and funny, I am not sure why I was treated this way. Will not be returning to that location.

This location in particular can never get the orders correct. Whether it’s on Uber eats or in person, my sandwich is always wrong. I don’t understand how it can come out wrong every single time I get it. So over this place.

The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly. The place is clean. I'm Jamaican and I love my Jamaican food, but I go there when I'm hungry on my lunch. Break to get their jerk chicken wrap it is delicious I recommend their food.

if you are looking for a healthy meal on the go i 10000000% recomend tropical smoothie cafe on pine island road. The food and smoothies are fantactic and fresh. i love the new acai bowls they now offer. The staff here are extremely polite and helpful.I always have a positive experience here. They also provide catering service which i think is really cool for office parties or at home functions. All around i would give this cafe 10 stars if i could.

I love this place, I recently had a tonsillectomy and haven’t been able to stomach anything due to the pain and nausea but every time I order a smoothie from here it not only soothes the throat but it’s so tasty as well. I’ve been to the other one in cape but that one tasted watered down. This location actually taste like a real smoothie. Best smoothie place in Cape Coral! Definitely my favorite place. Thank you Tropical Smoothie

The food is great. The attitude from so many of the employees really needs adjusted. They’re miserable to be there and it shows starting with one of the managers.
The food is really good here. I always get the Ranch Turkey Club and a Bahama Mama Smoothie and it's so good. If you've never been, you should give it a try and I think you'll like it.
