A good place for Southern comfort food in the Cape Coral Area!This is one of the (over) 2100 locations located in the United States. It looks like there are about 190 Waffle Houses in Florida. There are 2 of these restaurants within about 3 miles of each other along the Del Prado Blvd. This particular restaurant is located on the northeast side of the Del Prado Blvd and Veterans Parkway junction. Parking is limited at the location but there is additional parking in the adjacent parking lots to the east. It is set up like a typical Waffle house with a staff that greets you when you enter. You can eat at the tall counter, low counter, or in the booths to the left and right of the counters. The menu is regular American fare with everything from breakfast to lunch/dinner items all served throughout the day . The prices are very reasonable. The restaurant was not very crowded when we visited. The place was very clean. The waitress came to take our order quickly. We ordered the waffles (of course) and bacon and drinks. The food came out quickly and tasted very good. The staff was very professional, the price was good and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting some good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

The staff tonight was extremely kind and helpful as well as attentive. Irma, Jacob, Elaine, and Kaitlyn made my night and the food was fresh and delicious

I just walked out after waiting 20 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant to even be acknowledged by the SINGLE WAITRESS waiting the tables on a Sunday.Table was absolutely filthy, but luckily we had wipes to clean it ourselves.I can’t completely blame the waitress. The store manager is clearly inept and negligent in how to manage a store for Sunday. Hopefully regional management will see this review and rectify the issue.

Love this place, the waffles are a delight, very good service from the workers, cozy atmosphere.
Couldn't even hear the waitress to place the order the music was so loud.Went in 330 am for two meals to go , simple order , 3 scrambled eggs and 4 sausage patties with hashbrowns scattered smothered and covered each , no toast.Sat there on the bar stool and watching the ?chef? Only 2 eggs are in each, and not even mixed, you got to aggressiveness beat those things.1 slice of cheese, little scoop of onion, and no gravy over the hashbrowns.After I was charged for this.The cook attempted to stir some together with a little egg frying pan, but turned my stomach watching powder poured into water, so I skipped the gravy, without a refund of course.Atmosphere sucked, and the food was less than average at best, I ate it, because you just don't go out at 330am for food if not hungry. I've been going here for years, and I've had bad experiences this past year it seems.I'm sorry but I'm thinking that some adult supervision would be awesome on the night shift.I'm also 70 and Rap is not my favorite thing, I believe that all the Restaurants like grocery stores should play the same approved music, not just what they want to hear.

The table was dirty, the toast was burned, and the syrup dispenser was sticky.The person making waffles never used any non-stick spray, so all I kept hearing was the waffle dispenser getting slammed to release the waffles...Won't be going back anytime soon.
