This place could be so much better if the service was better. Walked in at about 11:19. All the chairs were still on top of tables and rugs were all folded over each other. Dude was outside chatting with a chick in the car and decided to come in when we came in and then took all that stuff down without saying one word to us. Food came out on time but I was shorted a wing when I got the small lunch order. Most the people don't speak English here. They were closed at 11pm one day and it says they close at midnight.

We have driven past this location hundreds of times since it has opened and never stopped. Well we stopped to check it out today in the way home instead of cooking dinner ourselves. We ordered carry out but they do have some tables to dine in. As this was our first time there, the young lady taking our order was very helpful with the options for the combos. My wife got the traditional wings and I got the boneless. The garlic parm flavor was awesome. I also got half my order in mild. Pretty flavorful for both. Our order took less than 15 minutes for them to finish and package. The smell of the food in the car on the ride home was torture. When we got home and tore into the wings we were very pleased. Now I'm getting the app so we can order ahead and try them again.

My daughter loves this place wings soni thought i would surprise her with some after the gym. Well i can i. and order her a 6 pc boneless meal and thats it. no extras. thought would be quick no one there almost empty well no took almost 20 mins for my 1 order. im vegan thank god cause this tong of a wait for fast food. not fast at all prob not healthy either.

First time I've ever been to this location and I must say I will be returning. I called in my order to go, and my food was ready when I got there! I went home and my food was still hot and tasted amazing. Service was excellent; an older man took my order and we made great conversation! Overall 5/5 stars!!

I ordered thru Uber and only half my order came. I called the store and they confirmed the other half was still there. Not only did they apologize and make sure everything was in my bag , one of their own workers brought me my food ? they went above and beyond! Excellent customer service ?

I ordered a mixed wing option for pick up. Our order was read on time. I order four mild sauces which we found to be too spicy. The chicken wings were heavily breaded and did not seem fresh.Parking: This is a small location with about ten spots.

So this place is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and the food is hot and prepared correctly. Other times it's a complete disaster to the point of throwing food away because it's inedible. I love the app and the ease of ordering online for pick up. I don't believe I've ordered any other way so I can't comment on the person taking your order but the people preparing the food are again...hit or miss. Sometimes they are super friendly and go out of their way to help you and other times they are extremely rude and mean! I guess everyone has good and bad days. I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the sit down area as I've always gotten food to go. The floor when you walk in is very sticky. The place could use a good deep cleaning, I'm sure like many other local restaurants.

First trip to a wing stop. We decided to try wing stop while on vacation in Cape Coral FL. 4 of us. Food was very good. We ate in the restaurant. Good variety to choose from. Got a mix pack of BBQ and some medium. Others in party tried some other seasonings. We like them all. Would recommend. Small issue we had was wife ordered wings and wanted some ranch. She got blue cheese. We tried to get ranch but worker seemed to think we should be charged for the ranch. We had a $70+ bill. We should have got some ranch as we requested first.
