I don't do Popeyes never have, cause they are too damn expensive. Plus they just got people fool about being good. I went there to get my best friend of what she wanted. If she wasn't a person that, I didn't love. She would have been out of gas. That's the only reason that I was there.

Waited 15 mins in line for the line not to move at all everyone in the drive through is just going one after another it would have taken another 25-30 mins even to get the food when there were only 5 people in total in line they have plenty of employees but do not work fast at all

Well I haven’t been here in a very long time but not much has changed. The lines are still out into the street the service is great and the food is still fresh as ever. Overall delicious Popeyes. You can’t go wrong. We used to come here when we were kids. Still love it. If you’re patient it’s worth the wait.

First time trying Popeyes, the food was good and tasty but It's so uncomfortable and frustrating when you need help and the manager on duty has no idea what customer service is and how to deal with customers professionally.

I have been going here for years! But someone so simple as good customer service skills they lack. They don't even. Know how to apologize when they mess up an order! I wasn't even going to argue with them I too work in customer service and a simple apology and a recommendation to what can be done or offered when an employee makes a mistake would be a nice gesture!
