I ordered inside the establishment, no customers at all and took me over 30 minutes just to make the order and 17 minutes waiting for the food, all by clock.Kitchen all dirty and extremely slow service. This is unacceptable, waiting all that time for 2 cheese burgers & 1 order of mozzarella sticks.Im sure they can do better, but I don't see any MOTIVATION AT ALL.4/15/24 at 7:02pm.

They are supposed to be open until 12. However, when you go through the Line at 11:20 PM you are able to place your order then no one says anything the lobby is emptied. The cashier is hiding and no one brings your food or collect your money. They also take the phone off the hook so that you cannot call or place a complaint.

my boyfriend tried to get me a whopper cut in half (which they used to do).. bad enough that the $5 sandwich was not a whopper.. but it was inedible.. Forget you burger king. I will NEVER waste my money here AGAIN!!!

Just tried to order through the drive in minutes ago. The lady taking my order started verbally fighting me because I corrected her on my drink order. Worst service I’ve ever had in my life and I’m in my 30’s. This place really needs to train their people better.

I have been coming here for awhile and the service was terrible because they had 1 staff member doing both inside and the drive thru.Today was GREAT and FAST service. New management is making a difference. They also had more staff. Good job guys!
