This location should be absolutely ashamed. I ordered an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:15. Was not ready until well after that. This location had two young kids working by themselves in a store with no AC. My sandwich was poorly prepared, and bread soggier than normal. The only reason came to this location is because the POS system at the Cimarron location was down and I could not place an online order there. Every time I have to come to this location there is some type of issue. Either shut it down or get it together.

Absolutely amazing. These are the best two workers there. I absolutely adored the Club on the Sub, it was the most amazing meat I have ever put in my mouth *pause* . Absolutely amazing. I would recommend everyone I know to go there.

Service was ok, could have been better could have been worse. Not particularly happy that my smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket looked more like they put under cook bacon rather than brisket. Feel like they just used the left overs, and also not much barbecue sauce was put on the sandwich. Also was let down when neither the chicken and dumplings nor the chili was availble.

The franchise owner of this location refused to honor the national advertised promotion for 6/20/23 and was downright rude about it. The condition of the restaurant is dirty and dingy. Service like this will put the chain out of business. I refuse to return. You lost my business.

Placed an order through the app when I arrived to pick up my food the store is closed there is no employees coming to the door. As I am sitting in the parking lot they are leaving and rolling blunts throwing out Dutch wrappers on the floor. Two younger females in a white Hyundai Sonata license plate IL54MI!!! Fire them! Close the Store!
