i normally get pho from a restaurant in maitland but wanted to try something closer to home. this place is just a few minutes from my house so i figured i’d give it a shot because i just wanted takeout. the man was nice (our interaction was about 5 seconds). i ordered the eye round steak pho and edamame. everything was packaged separately in bags and the quality of food was not very good. the pho broth tasted bland, diluted, and too much like lemongrass. i added a bunch of sriracha to try and enhance the flavor, but to no avail it was not very good. they do not give a lot of noodles either. the beef came in a separate dime bag and did not smell or look good at all so i just decided to try it without. the edamame were fine (kinda hard to screw up edamame) but was also bland and needed salt. some constructive criticism for the owner: the broth needs much more flavor, the meat needs to be looked at before being served, onions should be sliced thinner (it’s soup not a sandwich), green onions should be in pho, add salt to edamame. i spent $30 just for myself and sadly won’t be returning.

Everything about Never Phoget was pretty average. I enjoyed my meal and would go again if given the chance, but overall, it didn't stand out as special in any real way.

My daughter and I decided to eat here and she ordered a regular and I ordered a large. The amount of noodles in the regular and large was about the same, why should I pay extra for that? And the broth seems to be watered down. Maybe the owner and chef have both changed. I will not be coming back here

I've eaten in the restaurant numerous times and have always received good service and great food. I was too tired to go out and had a hankering for pho. I ordered and was told they were super busy and it would be and hour and because the order was large ($87 worth) it would be an extra 15 minutes. The order was being packed when my delivery boy arrived. Got it home and was hugely disappointed. The crab Rangoons and spring rolls most likely were cooked right away and sat in a plastic container absorbing moisture and when ready to eat were cold and semi soggy. The pho was pretty bland as the sauce ( hoison and Sriracha) were apparently something you have to ask for ?? Never have I've ever had to ask for that at any other Vietnamese restaurant before. For $87 I truly expected more. I know prices have gone up every where but if you want people to pay those prices everything needs to be right and really good.

Orders lemon grass pork chops. Told that I could not order extra vegetables instead of rice. Was suggested the stir fry vegetables so I did then asked for the sliced pork with the stir fry. Only to be told don’t have sliced pork. So fine I will have the pork chops the way it comes. Got the pork chops it was sliced pork not a pork chop. Like shown in the picture. My wife’s Pho was nice.

Do not recommend whatsoever. From the beginning the water is CLEARLY straight from the tap. The only “pure” in the water is “pure limestone”. Now for the food: we ordered the shrimp fresh rolls and the beef fresh rolls as appetizers. The shrimp rolls had zero flavouring and was basically full of lettuce with 3 shrimp. The beef ones were slightly better because the beef was seasoned however still lacking in flavour not to mention the lettuce was ice cold and some pieces definitely tasted of unwashed lettuce. Now for the main course- we ordered vermicelli rice bowls with chicken and spring rolls and what we got was a soupy mess. Overall wasn’t great, everything just felt soggy and under seasoned. Mid way through the meal I bit into something that I couldn’t chew through and when I pulled it out of my mouth and unraveled it, it was a piece of plastic. When I showed it to the owner he took the plates back but then came back to say that he showed it to the staff and they agreed that “the plastic was not from them and they’ve never seen that type of plastic before and that it was cut into a perfect shape so it wasn’t there’s” for a worker to suggest that someone would come into the restaurant with perfectly cut little pieces of plastic is frankly absurd and lack of management skills.

Love coming here! They have great vegan options and the food is always delicious. The tofu summer rolls are a must have and they have plenty of options for everyone. The service is always wonderful from everyone working, James, Kevin, and Nathan.

I recently tried this new place after Four Guys closed, and I must say it was a letdown. The garlic butter chicken wings I ordered had no sauce whatsoever, and the fried rice lacked any discernible flavor. The 30-minute wait only added to the disappointment. When I called to share my feedback, they insisted there was sauce on the wings, offered a replacement, but realistically, I wasn’t about to drive back after such a disappointing experience. Customer service didn’t provide any satisfactory resolution. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfying take out experience.

I'm never going to phoget this is the worst pad Thai I've ever had. I was hungry so ate it anyways but it was super dry and stuck together. The pho was not so great either

Outstanding pho soup that's available in smaller portions. Tried chicken and meatball pho both were great. Also had pork vermicelli, summer rolls with peanut sauce, and taro ice cream. It's all delicious and well priced.Parking: Not tons of parking but enough.
