I'm not completely sure how to rate this. I ordered from their website. After the food was 40 mins behind schedule, I contacted the driver who didn't speak english, so no help there. Reached out to the number provided, and it turns out they outsource delivery to doordash. Doordash couldn't find the store to pick up the food.They refunded my order 2 1/2 hours after making it, and told me it would be 10-12 business days for a refund.I drove to the store as their phone was going to voicemail...wierd. the guy at the store was pleasant and said the food was already paid for, so it was free.The pizza was made plain cheese without any toppings. It was a real roller-coaster of a lunch order.

Placed an order for delivery at 8:40 last night, my food wasn’t delivered until 10:45pm after I’d called the store three times for an update on my order. The delivery guy left my food on the porch at 10:45pm IN THE RAIN!!! NEVER AGAIN, this location is the worst.

Tried the new Macaroni & Cheese Pizza and it was great! Placed the order easily over phone and was able to pick it up with no problems. The pizza sure was tasty!Parking: Parking was good.
We stopped here because we were hungry and didn't want to wait any longer after flying in from Wisconsin and renting a car and driving to Daytona. One person was running the whole place. We waited 10-15 minutes before she even came to the counter. The food was good but when I went to the restroom I realized there was no toilet paper to wipe with. Then the toilet would not flush at all and when I went to wash my hands the sink didn't work either. Then I realized that the bathroom did not have any running water. No, there was no out of order sign on the door. This left me scared and wondering if there was running water in the kitchen!

Saturday Oct 8th 2023 at 11:15 i picked up one large pizza. The dough was clearly frozen or refrigerated from the day before because it didn't rise at all. It was like raw dough with toppings. In the past i wrote a good review about a specific pizza i get from HH and it takes one idiot employee to screw up future patronage of their pizza joint. Casselberry location buyers beware...check the pizza slice before you leave...make these idiots remake it if its as i descibed...or better yet don't go.Ps i bought 2 pizzas from another pizza place before going to hungry losers...i'm not going to say it was from dominoes because that would be wrong( so much better then HH) my wife and son didn't want what i wanted...they made a better choice. Buyers beware

I called to make an order that's a deal online an in store. I've went into the store an have made the order multiple times. This is at the Casselberry fl store the lady would not listen to me was over talking me an even hung up the phone. I asked politely for her not to be rude because I can see the deal she's was talking about an she hung up 5he phone. This was a disgusting experience to have with your employees this needs to be addressed the calls say there recorded this call happened at aprx 10:37 pm it should be pulled to show proof see was 100% wrong.
