My husband and I had a situation ordering though DoorDash, so we called in and Malia helped us to figure out the best solution and even threw in a couple of free small vouchers for us!! Since there’s no inside eating the atmosphere is non existent. The service and ice cream is always really good flavor. They aren’t stingy with serving sizes. If you order a large whatever… it’s big!!! I don’t like that they (and other fast food joints) basically ask you for a tip by making you answer the question of how much tip you want to leave. It’s almost like they embarrass you in to it. I don’t think fast food places should typically be tipped.

My granddaughter loves coming here and we appreciate the smiling faces! My only request is to make sure the employees know which Italian ices have dairy. I asked one of them and he wasn't too certain. It was kind of funny. I just passed and ordered my usual lol.
