Last two time I ordered food there's the guy in the gray shirt taking orders and packing food is rude , seems like he gets the orders all wrong and gets upset over it when someone complaints about it , inside dinning doors was closed before 9pm on a Saturday night . ordered a side of gravy they charged me but no gravy in the bag (not the first time) . I have to say, the women were very kind and professional here, when I walked in there was a lady outside that was probably on break, she came the store and immediately walked toward the sink and washed her hands,gotta say as a OCD person I really appreciated that, we were greeted by 2 wonderfully young ladies and the gentlemen my in the back smiled at us. This is the most professional Popeyes I have ever visited! We were there 2/23/2024 at about 9pm .I would love to receive this...read full review
