I come here strictly to get work done. A few times (not a one time thing) they had the lobby closed but the drive through open. I like to sit outside anyways but as a human I naturally have to use a restroom after a couple hours so that was frustrating. Now they locked all the outlets outside so now I have to go in a distracting lobby to do my work without my laptop dying. I feel this is unnecessary as the outlets are there for a reason. It’s pretty selfish if you ask me. Now I have to find somewhere else to get my work done in peace when this was convenient as it is across the street from where I live oh and not to mention they close early when they feel like it sometimes

The staff at this Starbucks seem disorganized and unfocused. I ordered the iced lavender oat milk latte and I always make sure to specify light ice. The young lady repeated my order as the “iced lavender matcha tea - would you like that hot or iced?” ? I corrected her and again specified light ice.As I watched from the drive thru window the individual making my drink dumped a whole cup of ice. So I asked for a remake - instead they seemed to dump some ice and add oat milk. Which left me with a cup of iced oat milk with lavender mix at the bottom.Terrible. The kids seemed more concerned with carrying on their conversations than properly making the order. Really disappointed because I usually love this drink and have been getting it consistently since it released. But I think for now I’ll avoid this location. Definitely hire individuals that are present rather than caught up in whatever conversations they’re having.

I paid extra for a Trenta and All these extra thing on my door dash. When it arrived the cup sticker even said Trenta in big letters and they still gave me a venti.

The product is good but the service could be improved.Perhaps the waiting time could be spent in some more organized way. You don't know if to wait, where to wait... they didn't give me instructions after charging me, not all of us visit the place frequently.

Stupid hours. Stopped in to get a coffee and can’t even get one because they have ridiculously low hours like who closes at 7:30 on a Saturday how about you get more consistent Starbucks and close at the same time all locations ????

We go to this Starbucks often and have always had good customer service, but today was exceptional.Today my husband and I had a bad experience in the parking lot with another customer before coming in and the person tried to cause problems for us in the lobby. The experience was very frustrating and upsetting, but the staff made the whole situation so much better. After the person left, the barista was so sweet. She took the time to ask what happened, made sure we were okay, and even gave us a discount on our order. It really made our day better after having to deal with that.

It sucks to be treated leas than human and looked down upon by the employees you continue to support financially through this establishment. Some of these Starbucks employees embody the mean girl spirit. I much prefer the locations with kinder staff.

This is not my usual Starbucks (shout out to the one on 434 & Raymond in Longwood) but decided to check it out since I was on this side of town. Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the coffee were not up to par with my usual Starbucks. I ordered a custom latte for ~$9, and the quality was worse than that of Dunkin. To be frank, it tasted like sweat. If you're in the area and want decent coffee, go to the Wawa down the street!

PLEASE BE AWARE. I have been going to this store for the last 10 years (this is my Neighborhood store)Last Saturday 11/21 I went to the drive through with my daughter like we do almost every Saturday together. (I was driving she was the passenger)- when the lady from cashier handled the hot coffee to me, I hold like I always did- like it was closed. The lid was not properly closed and the hot coffee spilled all over my legs and my car wheel. 3 Employees, (including store manager) saw the whole thing and started to give wipes and apologize. My daughter was (on my side) she saw everything- she got so nervous wiping my legs. After sending Starbucks prof such as pictures, receipt (I had to pay to have my car wheel liquid suction process and seat shampoo), purchase receipt-they said they could not do anything because o didn’t have the cup (as a proof) and also, the drink was on my hand when it spills. LIERS! they can clearly see that on their camera footage! At the moment she handled me the drink it spilled all over my legs and car.If there was the opposite, I am pretty sure they would show camera footage very quick. So, we get to the conclusion that those GREEDY companies as Starbucks, charge you a lot of money for a cup of coffee and when there is an incident they take themselves out of the scene.Think about that and be ready when you go to a Starbucks drive trough with your CAMERA READY in case something like that happens.

The male worker there was clearly very bothered by me ordering drinks. I think maybe the girl who took my order didn't hear me say two of the first drink I ordered, not a big deal. When I mentioned I was missing a drink he made it very clear he was annoyed by this by making faces to his coworker who was laughing and shaking her head. He didn't remake it correct and I almost didn't say anything because I was already so uncomfortable. He made it right the second time & as I was walking away my mom saw him wave me off in a shooing manner. I don't recommend coming here if you don't like hostile interactions with baristas who clearly don't like their jobs.

I agree with the previous comment. If you are going to ignore Uber eats and have a 30 minute wait then stop doing Uber eats as a whole. While customers coming in 10 minutes after me are getting served

STOP taking UBER EAT orders if you are going to ignore them. I waited over 20 minutes to pick up a drink and sandwich that was suppose to be ready when I arrived. I watched everyone else’s orders be handled as they walked in and left . What happen to a handling orders as they come in? Your staff is very rude and dismissive. I will file a complaint with upper management and request this location be removed from Uber eats.

I stood at the counter well over 5 mins while the employees continued to look but not help. Another guest of the same race came in & did not receive any help either. He stood there a while until he asked if I had been helped. I said no he angrily walked out. After that I had to ask for help. Once someone decided to do their job, he ignorantly asked "were you going to place an order" I said isn't this where I would place an order? He just stood there! Super rude!

Went through drive through and asked the window employee named “Jen” if they had any of the new glow in the dark cups that just came out, she smiled at me and said “all of us employees bought the 4 that came in yesterday”. It’s absolutely disgusting that she admitted to the employees buying all of them and not leaving any for any customers at all. I thought these cups were for paying customers not greedy store employees. Correct me if I’m wrong.
