They closed an hour earlier than the posted time so I wouldn't know how the food was.. but I suggest the time of operation gets updated so people don't waste their time driving to get food if they aren't even open.

The two young ladies that were working tonight were amazing. Great customer service, very kind, clean store. They assisted me with some trouble with a gift card and were patient and kind. They deserve raises. You don't get service in fast food like that anymore.

I’ve been going to this Subway for years… I miss Patrick, and whoever else it was that used to run this place.It has gone downhill so dramatically. Tonight was the final straw. I walked in, and Miranda barely said a word and continued to clean a sandwich board as if closing for the night… though they wouldn’t close for another hour.She continued for several minutes to just slowly and methodically clean the board, shuffling around slowly, in absolutely no hurry to get an order started. Then she decides it’s time to take my order and then very slowly walks over and mumbles that she’s ready to take my order.Everything was mumbled, and I really felt like I was a complete nuisance for being there. I don’t have any special requests or anything like that… I just order a pretty simple sub.The whole process of her making my sandwich was dreadful. And frankly, if somebody is this disinterested in customer service, I’m wondering about how much care they’re taking when they’re handling food.The previous time I went there, again it was just one employee by themselves, and she had apparently had to skip her lunch, and had been holding her bladder for hours because the owners want to understaffed this store.Will not return.

We just got 3 sandwiches there and man, what a waste of money, we live this sandwich and we always get them and they all taste about the same in every subway we go to but this one was gross. The turkey was soft and nasty, it had so much mayo we had to clean it out with napkin and the avocado taste it weird. Subway is not exactly cheap. The owner of this place needs to deal with it or the business is going to fail. The employee however was nice.

Went to this Subway and never had an issue before until I asked for extra olives and the lady told me she couldn’t put any more on my sub ?. I never had an issue before with the way I make my sub but for some reason she didn’t want to make it the way I wanted to. And had the worst attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager ? a heavy set white lady with dark brown hair. I hope corporate will see this review.

I’m unsure of the process but I just watched store manager Brett fix a sandwich that I order instead of being Placed in a dine in tray but was Tossed in there. Lol. Ordered a six inch turkey, white American cheese, toasted with a little honey mustard I pray for peace of this world and I thank God for mine.
Very clean place, the sandwich artist was pleasant. Our sandwiches were ready when we arrived. They were toasted as requested.

Girls were laughing and stopped making my sandwich to laugh with her coworkers. Meanwhile there was 6 people in line behind me. I waited so long bc she kept stopping making my food to laugh with her coworker. It was a girl with like ginger hair and a girl with black and red short hair. I think the ginger girl said she was pregnant. I will be calling corporate because this is unacceptable!!! Thankfully a lady stood up and said everything I was thinking and they actually focused after that.

So I go into subway and tried to get a half herb and cheese with egg and cheese. THE SHORT FEMALE MANAGER decides to leave my sandwich in the oven for an extra 30-40 seconds when I asked her to take it out she looks at me and ignores me as she walked to the back to sit down. Then She takes it out after the ovens alarm was going off for a whole minute and I tell her I didn’t want a black sandwich so she rudely tells me it’s just how the oven works. After an argument to remake my sandwich she puts the new sandwich in the oven for literally 3 seconds (I guess she was trying to be petty) then she proceeded to put items on the sandwich I didn’t ask for, so I tell her I don’t want the sandwich anymore since it’s not what I asked for she yells at me saying get out! Then calls my school to trespass me. I just wanted a subway sandwich, the same sandwich I get almost everyday. And usually this manager has an attitude problem but she never blew up on me like she did today. Not professional and unnecessary

I came in to order tonight, I’m typically pretty lenient. The employee was so rude just stared at me, didn’t ask me what I wanted. Not sure if it’s his job or life that he hates so much but it was unprofessional. I just walked out which was unfortunate cause I was looking forward to a subway sandwich.

Coming here like 7 years. Didnt want refund just wanted my sandwhich remade. Got something totally different. The owner was disgustingly rude. Over a steak n pervalone green peppers $10 very rude.
