Came to pick up an order placed around 1:20am got to the location at 1:30am and my order was not made because the two employees inside said they’re short of staff! I asked if they can just make my order since it was only two burgers and they couldn’t because they don’t have enough people working so they’re closed despite their closing time being 2am!

I'm not one to give a bad review over one experience, so I can say this has to be the worst food we've eaten of late .The fries once again were warm at best. They were stale and soggy. Didn't Wendys have a new fry that was going to keep hot and crispy?The burger was luke warm again. It just seems to be a continuous thing. We ordered the new frosty and it wasn't even good. I got a small and it was the size of a urine specimen cup haha. If your not going to give a legit size for the money then don't serve it at all. Your only hurting yourself. Give a GOOD product at a fair price. You have to make money absolutely but you have to give a product worth buying. Wendys has gotten away from quality.

03/12/2024I ordered a Dave's Single through the app for pickup inside. I've consistently had good burgers here. The French toast sticks were awful, though. You can sit in the restaurant. But eat your food and get out. There are outlet strips along the wall. But they don't work. The front door says FREE WiFi, but don't linger here to use it. The restrooms are single and are clean. But have signs you must be a customer. If you are using drive-thru, you'll avoid the unwelcome vibe of the dining area.

The last couple times I went to this Wendy’s customer service was great, and the workers were friendly. But this evening I went through the drive-through, and the girl that was taking my order, had no personality Was not friendly, and was very rushy when I was ordering and she seemed like she was annoyed when I had asked a question. If she doesn’t like her job, then maybe she shouldn’t be working there.

Just as good as any other Wendy's. New building. Food was good. Just like any other fast food nowadays, expensive. It was just my 9 year old and I and our bill was over $20. Way to expensive for a burger meal and nuggets. The only reason they got a 5 star from me was the service and staff were excellent. Very nice and friendly people. If you go directly across the street to Popeye's, staff is outright rude. This new Wendy's is a blessing in Casselberry.

Got 3 10 piece nugget meal, checked the receipt too, got 21 of 30 nuggets, one of them had 4 pieces.... Another had 8 and 9..... Number on Google is out of service, found the number through the website, just rang for about a min then went to a full voicemail....

Can't get a simple order right!!!! Save your time, money, and sanity - go to Chick-fil-A across the street.
I went through the drive-thru on a Sunday at 12pm. The line was already long however, I saw it moving quickly as I turned it. At the box, China was taking my order. She was awesome! Her service, efficiency, and smile was more of a reason for me to leave a review . She is a great asset to the team! I hope she is working when I go back :)

I don’t know if yall are paying the late night shift extra money or what. But I always go late because I’m a night owl and they are ALWAYS on point. Food is always fresh, they are happier, friendlier and my sandwiches are always super neat not all crazy looking. Tonight my nuggets were PERFECT and my burger was so neat and pretty lol. I’m never disappointed!!! Whatever you are doing, keep it up because they rock.

I ordered a apple pecan chicken salad. And they did not put the chicken on my salad. I also ordered a plain hamburger and they added cheese. I tried calling the phone number but it is not working, too far for me to go back to get my order fixed very disappointed waste of money. The salad is not cheap.
