Tried the Amazon Kick and Mango smoothies. Quick service and both drinks were great! I added probiotics to bothThe Amazon Kick had a good balance. The mango was on the sweeter side but really liked the mango flavored bursting boba.

Went here with a family group of 8 and had the most absolute worst experience. The girl working was extremely rude, swearing. We were told she wasn’t helping us and to get the F out. We will never visit another planet smoothie again if this is the type of employees they hire

I had the most worst disrespectful and trashiest customer service. I can came into my favorite place to get my regular smoothie and I drive almost 30 minutes to get there. Just to be greeted with rude, negative, and ugly attitude definitely train your employees to have decency and nice customer service, yes everyone has bad days but if you choose to work then you have to be friendly to your customers! Don’t work at a customer service place if you can’t be nice to your customers!!

Drea made are smoothies, they were delish. She knew I had a upset stomach so she suggested probiotic, which was a great idea. She also suggested the ginger shot ?, I went for the ginger shot knowing it’s good for me, WOW! I felt it all the way down. But my stomach is starting to feel a bit better with the combo. I went here a few months ago and they didn’t make my smoothie good. Now today I decide to give it another try the place was t open when it was supposed to. I arrived at 7:10pm and the door was locked. Looked inside and saw a black guy with dreads sitting down and the girl comes and opens the door. Unprofessional! Check the cameras!

rude staff!!!!! Said thank you multiple times. As I was walking out staff member says thank you bye rudely. So I went back and said I did say thank you the first time after I got my change back. And I tipped also. Not going back here again. No business deserves my $ if they are rude. Not to mention my smoothie was made wrong.

The smoothies always taste great, the staff is friendly, the inside is clean and tidy. It has an odd odor when you walk in…I’m not sure what that is, but it is unpleasant. Smells kinda like mildew. Might wanna check up on that. The parking is also pretty frustrating on some days. Overall, a good experience.
