We had their food poolside and drinks at the bar. The service was great. Nice to have pool drinks and snacks. The menu here is better than inside the hotel at eSKapade (sp). Same quality (good) just more to choose from.

We had just arrived and wanted to grab a quick bite. The food wasn’t great, but the service was horrible. The bartender had one other couple and a lady sitting when we arrived. He was quick to take our order but that was the only thing quick. He was busy chatting with the couple and forgot he was working. Someone else brought us our food because he forgot to go back and get it. We had to interrupt his conversation to get our bill and that was the only interaction we had with him after our initial order. Would not recommend eating here.

Sandi does not say "no" we can't help you with your requests. She finds a solution to help you with your simple poolside requests. Very good poolside food. The chicken quesidillas and loaded fries with beer cheese are delicious! Also the food came out fast!
Amazing pool bar. We were walking down the beach looking for somewhere to have dinner and watch the sunset. This place turned out to be perfect staff was wonderful and the food was excellent and the patio was high enough to not obstruct your view of the beach and the sunset. Prices werent bad either.

Very busy resort, have to search for seats around the heated pool. Perfect location and greeted with a complimentary drink during check in. All Wyndham properties try to get you to take a tour to buy into their property. Beds comfortable and clean. We stayed in 2 bedroom ocean front. A little jog to get to the ocean water and can rent some chairs on the beach. Highly recommended! All amenities at this resort - drinks and food are expensive as expected. Store and liquor store walking distance. Would not need to rent a car at this location, everything you would need.

We had a wonderful time at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater. Everything was seamless; from the valet getting our car to check-in. Upon arrival we were offered a "welcome Beverage", and explanation of the property, offerings, and activity calendar. They also have wrist bands instead of hotel key cards which makes everything easier and allows access into the gym and pool area. The gym was small, but both my husband and I were able to both get in workouts with minimal people present. The hotel offers, a pool side bar with a Happy Hour from 4-5, which we took advantage of. They also have small plates which were great (the hummus platter was our favorite). There is an inside bar which also serves as a coffee and bakery in the morning. There is also a Starbucks and Dunkin about a block away. The beach was perfect for us; especially with the complimentary 2 chairs and umbrellas. It did get busy, but I arrived early (around 8:30/9) and had no problem getting us set up for the day. The location is wonderful and within walking distance to so many great places. There is also a shop on the beach called "Surf Style" where you can get snacks, and beer/wine for the hotel room. There is no drinking on the beach. I also highly recommend the "Bait House" for dinner, it was a more laid-back local spot that was phenomenal and within walking distance. The only two cons (which aren't even really cons): If you want to use the pool you need to get there early and don't leave! We'd watch people put towels on chairs around 8:30am to save them and would then leave. This also proved to be the case when we would come up from the beach around 3/3:30 and we wanted to use the pool; there would be nowhere to sit, but a ton of open lounges with hotel towels on them. Although there are signs stating that you cannot save a lounge for more than 30 minutes, it was not enforced. The second was that the person in the room next to us was a smoker, so it was difficult for us to enjoy a drink on the patio in the evening without having to leave because of the smell. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation, and we cannot wait to come back.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Fantastic location, beautiful well kept hotel. The staff were friendly, very courteous and everyone seemed happy in their job, that truly makes a difference to the customer. There was absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay, can’t recommend it enough and we will definitely visit again!

Hotel is very nice, good access to beach although you have to cross a road. Three elevators are not enough, always a long wait for the vator. Also, why include 19% tip on every food item. And, mot all of the tip goes to the server, part goes back to Wyndham. That is total BS! You charge for the room, then a resort fee.
