We came here for a nice rooftop bar, the food was average the service and wait time was horrible. It was close to 3 hours from start to finish. My burger was given to someone else so arrived 15 minutes later than the rest of my groups. No accomodations were provided for this inconvenience. Will never come back again!!!

Rooftop restaurant/bar at Edge Hotel. Small (2-page) menu with American food, which also includes fish. Live music every now and then. A slight deduction for the ambience, as it's a bit difficult to sit at the tables when it comes to eating.Wheelchair accessibility: The hotel is barrier-free.

Just arrived at Edge Hotel and had a fantastic time with Richie as our server and he was great with sharing a wealth of knowledge for the area as well as serving up great drinks and food!

After a long day I decided to just visit the restaurant on the rooftop of my hotel for supper. I was so disappointed that they were only serving appetizers at 7:30-7:45 in the evening. I had my waitress order me an appetizer and drink. The drink was good and the appetizer was okay but I was hungry and an iguana pretzel just wasn't a meal. So I ordered door dash to be delivered to the rooftop but had to take it to my room to eat. I don't recommend the pretzel for the price. It was just an overpriced pretzel that was just okay.

Great Views, but that's about it. Went up to have a drink and enjoy the views, but no one ever came up to take an order after 15 minutes decided to leave. Even when leaving no one ever stopped or said anything. It was not busy maybe 10-15 people being served.

I would have given 5 stars but I got very sick for apromitly 12 hours from the Mahi taco, the only other thing I ate that day was a ice cream cone. My wife and daughter enjoyed their bowls.We enjoyed our stay at the Edge hotel. The atmosphere and service at Jimmy's was great.
First the positive: fantastic view from this roof top bar & grill. Live entertainment was very good.Negatives: our server was absent and absent minded. Let me preface that it was not that crowded and there appeared to be plenty of staff. However, it took our server 15-20 minutes to come to our table initially. When she did come, she took our drink and appetizer orders. From there it was about 10 minutes to get our alcohol, the lemonade for the child was not delivered because the server grabbed another table’s soda instead of our lemonade. She said she’d be ‘right back’.Then another 30 minutes after that we got our appetizers (soft pretzel and shrimp) but still no lemonade. Had to go up to the bar to ask for the lemonade because the server had not been back to our table once. Then another 10 minutes to get the kids drink. At that point she took our dinner order. (One wrap, one chicken sandwich, one chicken bowl and a kids chicken tenders). About 35-40 minutes before the server came to check on us and take a drink refill order. Another 10-15 minutes after that to get the food. Of the four meals, only the kid’s meal was correct and tasted good. The chicken sandwich had the wrong sauce, the chicken bowl was missing the sauce and the wrap was soggy/mushy and not edible.The only time our sever was quick or attentive was when she brought our check. We planned to spend an hour to 90 minutes here but instead were here over 2.5 hours, wasted all the time we wanted to spend walking through the shops on this road.Edited to add details for the owner: this occurred on 2/25/24, we arrived around 5:15/5:30, left around 8. Female server, don’t know if she ever said her name.

The bar manager, Jillian was inexcusable. Her demeanor and professionalism was lacking greatly. I'm sorry to say I will not revisit this place.
