By far, our favorite Italian restaurant in the area… The chef/owner Frank is unbelievably skilled… He even takes the time to come to your table to make sure everything was to your satisfaction ! Best Italian in Tampa Bay by far.

The appetizer of Scallops Rockefeller was delightful. The lamb chops were perfectly seasoned and cooked. I have visited Alfanos Italian nine times and it never disappoints. Highly recommend.

This will be a simple review. Every time I have been to Alfano’, I was not disappointed by the service, food, wine or desserts. My favorite is the Chicken Daronzio, Tiramisu, Chicken Parmigiana, Affogato, (most everything on the dessert menu) or pretty much everything else.

It had been years since we dined here, but were invited by a couple we are friends with. This was a great experience. The food and atmosphere were excellent. I highly recommend the lobster ravioli alla vodka and their fiocci special, if available. Our server, Matt, was very accommodating and professional. Thank you for being a part of our great evening out!

The food was good, very tasty, but a bit oily, however. My dessert which was cherry crumbled with ice cream was superb! Our waiter Jason was funny when commenting on our conversations which we all laughed with him. We all agreed he was awesome, great service, sweet guy.Parking: Lots of parking spaces including for disabled people.
I had a salad and chicken parmesan...I didn't care for the sauce. My sister had manicotti and she didn't like the sauce

Make sure you ask for Kenny ... and order the Tableside Ceasar Salad ... as his skills in making this incredible item is second to none! Definitely a great spot for a romantic dinner or a just because with friends and family! This place is a hidden gem in Pinellas County / Clearwater! Make sure you put Alfanos or your must do place when visiting our area!!! You can thank me later for the recommendations
