I love this place. The Tropical Fruit Experience with 25 gr. of protein. Ok I don't know why I don't come here more often, it's so close and I always feel so sated and it holds me over to the end of the day. It's yummy and I love the staff here.

I thought it was a normal smoothie place. It was actually a smoothie/tea place that is from Herbalife. I'm not into healthy protein smoothies usually. However I loved the tropical fruit experience smoothie, it was very refreshing. My husband got the pineapple orange coconut and that one was a little chalky tasting but he was okay with it. My mom got chocolate strawberry banana and liked it. She said it was a little thick like a shake but no after taste.

Walking into All Shook Up Nutrition is like taking a walk back in time! The diner theme is super original and so well put together! ASU offers plenty of places for pictures with friends and a perfect environment to get some work done while sipping on a mouth watering tea! 12/10 recommend

It is incredibly misleading to not openly tell potential customers that your products (Herbalife) are non-FDA regulated and have been heavily linked to renal failure, liver disease, seizures and heart complications.

My favorite part about the shop, Family owned and operated! If your looking for something healthy and not a crash after, you've come to right place. The Mega teas are absolutely amazing, all the energy without the crash, the shakes are the healthiest you will find. With so many different shakes, you have to try them all. 1950's style diner will have you reminiscing of Happy Days, American Graffiti and the first time you heard Elvis.

It's nice to know Oxnard has a healthy spot! Herbalife is a great product and I've been consuming it for 10 years! Not just health but, for the taste! I am a true foodie at heart and balancing with a shake and tea is good for my soul. Come check this place out for a healthy grab and go delight. You will eventually meet Carrie who is sweet and knowledgeable in the products. This place always has a great vibe and so does she! Throughout my visits I always hear how she can give back to the community and I love that about this place. There's no pressure in buying products, signing up for memberships, or upgrading sales. Like, some places I have been to. This place keeps it genuine in customer service and truly cares about your health and how you feel. It's the little things :) My favorite is the Blueberry shake... the color just speaks to me lol and can't forget that bomb tea with aloe vera. I love mine hot! Check them out on the daily because, they come up with some cool stuff!

My favorite shake place in Ventura County! The owner Carrie is such a kind woman and always have a smile on my face when I walk in! She already knows my favorite shake Birthday Cake! (order that one its the best) This place is always clean and I love being able to stop in for a shake rather than hitting the bar lol! Thank you for providing a healthy alternative for the community! Carrie is the absolute best ! She allows me to call in my order for my daily fix because she knows I'm a nut and I'm constantly running around town, that really helps because they do get very busy! Their turbo drinks with an added energy for that extra boost of energy is amazing
Carey/Kerri/Kerry is totally awesome ! Very helpful ! Gives you great insight as to what it is you need for that particular day ! I take the energy drinks all day every day twice on Sunday and she adds extra NRG in there for me !! Get's you going BIG TIME! I call in my order and she has it ready for me ! Pre made or she even sends you off with it to go for later !!!

Please keep in mind that I have never been to one of these Herbalife places before and I have never tried aloe vera before. I was looking for a place that I could get a smoothie before the gym that wasn't Jamba Juice. They give you a shot of aloe vera, your choice of an unsweetened tea and a smoothie. The cost is $10 however after a quick sign up, she gave it to me for 50% off which I really appreciate. I really wish I had cash to tip because Carrie was extremely helpful and kind. I chose the peach tea and vanilla pineapple coconut smoothie. The smoothie was amazing! I don't know why someone noted there were no fruits and veggies, there is clearly a row of silver refrigerators and I saw them put in the pineapple and coconut. The smoothie is a base of 24 g of protein plus whatever protein is added if you decide to add more or depending on the flavors. I will be coming back every time I am in Oxnard. I wish the best for their business.

The lady can be a little rude. If you go in saying your doing Keto she's so against it & mentions how "unhealthy" it is. Mind your business & respect people's health decisions. No need to call me confused or telling me to f-up my ketosis for a freakin graham cracker in my shake. I won't be back. This was my first & my last.
