BEWARE DONT EAT ARBYS US 19 CLEARWATER, FL.Easter Sunday went for Arbys in Clearwater, FL and were met with Very unprofessional employees and we also got Food Poisoning from the food.The skinny Caucasian tall guy was beyond rude down right should be fired how he yelled at me!We ordered $60 worth of food 8 roast beefs, chicken sandwich, 3 lg fries ,1 sm frie, 2 shakes , and 3 pies.We spent $60 for meal online order to pick up thru drive thru Easter Sunday a skinny Caucasian guy gave me our food the fries were ice cold and I said I am not spending 60 bucks for cold fries and he yelled actually at me. I mean really yelled at me and he said I just took them out of the fryer.I said no they're not they're cold as ice and I said you eat them I said give me some new fries I spent $60 I'm not eating cold fries. The black guy gave us new hot fries, but when we got home our sandwiches were cold the shakes were runny 1 was not choc was vanilla got three Pies Two were supposed to be apple one cherry and they were all cherry and they were horrible. Now we should have known better than to eat it because we got food poisoning. I will never eat at Arby's in Florida again this is unacceptable Behavior for any employee to treat a customer the way that we were treated and the food was not hot to standard was horrible.I asked for the manager and he did not come to the window. We left should never ate the food we should have known better. Both me and my daughter have had food poisoning diarrhea and vomiting Monday and Tuesday April 1st and 2nd 2024 for 2 days. We will never eat there again. I feel I should get all my money back for this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Sent this to the cooperate link they need to refund our money and work on employees and HOT food standards. Or I will report to public heath department.

The food is typical Arby's. The issue is with the attitude of the staff. They act like they hate working there and how dare we ask for any smile or "thanks for coming."After a career in retail, I can say that it falls on the manager to set an example for the staff.

This food was Awful! I got here on a Saturday at 11:15 am The curly fries were old that they had to replace. The half pound roast beef sandwich was old, discolored, and a funky taste. This place has gone down at a super fast rate. If they stay open for another year, I'll be pleasantly surprised. I got unsweetened ice tea thinking that it was freshly brewed and that was even discussing. If you are coming to eat here...Enter At Your Own Risk.

I remember a beefy roast beef sandwich...the flavor was like boiled insipid mystery meat.Very dissapointing.The dining room was clean, help was friendly.Memory destroyed. The apple turnover was ok.

This was one of the lesser Arby's I have visited.The staff was not just unfriendly, but when asked a question about they menu, they just looked blankly at us.The fries were cold. I would have gone back to get fresh ones, but my companions didn't want to be embarrassed.
