Rude! Order was wrong and after saying something, got a look like we were completely absurd for telling them. Order was still wrong once we got in the car. The food preparation was worse than my 2 year old making it. When you hire someone, hire a person that likes people. Not one that has an issue with 90% of society already. Piercings in their lips, ears, face and nose. Have some form of professionallism.

Went for coffee - no coffee aroma, but YES, AN UNCLEAN URINAL STENCH INSTEAD. Someone has no shame, if its's a corporate location, no officer should be paid!

Terrible service! The two hot lattes we ordered came out cold and the gentleman who made them was upset to remake them. The crew was arguing while I had to wait about 10 minutes for my food, when they were slow. Also, there was not a single napkin in that place. It was obvious that the workers did not want to be there.

I'm only giving one star because 0 stars isn't an option. It's obvious no one wants to be there... I'm from New England and DD is beloved ... sorry to see the apathy here. Unfortunately i am here for three weeks, and will have to find another place for my coffee for the next 20 days

Rushed us while ordering even when they weren’t busy. This location is always “out of everything” I understand with Covid some places are low on supplies but even before Covid this location has been terrible. They’ve even yelled at Uber Eats drivers while I’ve been in here or I hear about it from Uber Eats drivers. So sad.
Change your advertised hours if they are not what you follow! Truth in advertising! Also, watch your step walking toward the entrance as it is always covered in garbage and rat traps in full view. Disgusting image which I fortunately will never have to look at again!

Went there this evening at 7:30 and we were told that the ice cream was not available as on Sunday they close it down to clean the cooler. What the heck is that all about. After reading all of the reviews I now understand just how poorly run this location is. And judging on the lack of responses to the reviews it is obvious that management/owners could care less.

i have made the mistake of going to this DD. i always hope it will get better. if have been to many but by far this one is the worse. drinks never taste good. me and my wife orders the same chai latte and they both were not drinkable and they didn't even taste the same. o e was dark the other was light. i think they just don't care and follow a industry recipe. they just guess.

This place is so gross. Some guy who paints his fingernails (don't know his name b/c he can't be bothered to do anything he's getting paid for, including handing me a receipt) is the grossest human being I've ever seen. He needs to be fired immediately. His attitude and hygiene are beyond disgusting.
