I ordered food online. Online it said they were open and the website accepted my order. When I got there to pick up my order, they had already closed the kitchen and said they'd have to cancel my order. I asked for the manager twice. Saw no manager. The next day I drove there to make sure they canceled the order, finally spoke to a manager after 20 minutes of waiting. She said it could take 10-14 days to get my refund! What!? No compensation, barely an apology, I made 2 trips there, no food, and I'm out $25. Insanely unprofessional. There are other places to get wings

So it took about 30 minutes just too visibly see 1 employee. I am pretty sure the poor thing was the hostess, the waitress, the bartender, the cook, and the take out girl. Maybe if you paid a living wage you would have enough staff to run smoothly.

The wings came out extremely fast. The sauce was a little light, but they were good nonetheless. The server was nice.

Didn't even stay. Not staffed well enough. Too dark. Poor service. Not busy, maybe 6 tables. Server didn't even want to acknowledge us. The music was terrible, slow, depressing. Idk about most people but I prefer something at least a little upbeat when I want to drink a beer. Oh and I didn't even get a beer because even though the server walked past us multiple times she did not once ask us what we'd like to drink. Staff was scarce to say the least. The longer we sat there the more I imagined how long it would take to get food, would it even be warm??? So we left.

Nice place, nor crowded at all. $3 big beers are a nice draw. Mango Habenero, my favorite. Great service, but count your wings, ordered 30, got 19 the first time. Ordered 11 more, got 10 more. He had to bring out one extra wing.

The restaurant wasn't busy there was a ton of open tables they put me in the bar area at a high top. I sat there a while and watched several staff members pass my table. I decided to leave and go elsewhere.

We called ahead and were told there was no wait. That was surprising since it was about 6pm on the first day of March Madness. When we got there, we were told it was going to be at least a 45 minute wait, even though the dining room was at about 10% of capacity. Literally nearly every table in the main room was empty, but they said their "party room" was full. They blamed the wait on being short staffed.I know times are tough with staffing, but I can't imagine the level of mismanagement it takes to not have proper staffing in a sports oriented restaurant on the first night of March Madness. What was really annoying is they kept sending out huge to-go orders, but wouldn't let us sit or place an order. I feel they should stop taking those orders and take care of the people that show up at their establishment, if they have to choose. Many people just left when they were told of the wait when they could see like 30 empty tables. They lost a lot of business tonight. On the plus side, once we finally did get seated, our server was very good and the food came out much quicker than we expected. It was just very disappointing how the evening started, and I'm starting to feel that BWW has some bigger issues based on this experience plus my experiences over the last 6 months at our local restaurant back in VA. I'm at a point where I just don't know if I want to bother going back.

This place is probably still open solely due to its proximity to the Phillies spring training park. Since before Covid, the service was bad and the food was mediocre. For some reason the nachos (which could be delicious) absolutely never come out hot. How does that happen consistently?? The traditional wings are good but the boneless are not at all....The bathrooms are never clean...it's just not a good experience all around.

I went to this place because traffic to go to the beach was 40 min. On the outside this place looks like its abandon but it looks amazing on the inside. The food was great and the service was awesome. I made a great choice by going there instead of going to the beach. I would go again. I have a feeling people doesn't know about this place. It was almost empty. Great drinks too

Nothing special. Short staffed, ok. But we had to ask for everything we needed for the table. Wings were small like you'd get at a grocery counter ( kudos for giving a couple extra to make up for the size). I won't rush back.

We arrived at 3:00 on a Thursday, the restaurant had one other customer, for some boneless wings. Lance was our server and I believe it must have been his 1st day. He wasn't at all familiar with the beer or wines available. My husband ordered a beer and it sat at the bar until we reminded him we still did not have our drinks when the food arrived. Service was slow and chaotic. The chicken wings were extra dried out and crispy. I think they had been reheated and then a small amount of sauce applied. Some wings had no sauce. Some employees standing at the bar, and never offered to help Lance serve. My husband would have ordered a second beer, but our waiter never offered a second one. We will never come back to this BWW, it was terrible!!!

This location is not good. We’ve gone multiple times to eat inside and have ordered take out multiple times as well. Every time we go inside to eat it takes 20-30 minutes for a server to greet your table, and another 15-20 minutes for your drink to come. I actually timed it last time knowing our previous experiences were very slow. It can’t be a staff shortage because there were multiple servers working, just talking amongst themselves near the register and only 2 people were sitting at the bar. There’s been an issue with our order every single time, bringing out the wrong food or forgot part of our order. The outdoor patio is also never available to sit at for some reason. I meant to write this review when we dined in last time but i thought I’d give them another chance. Yesterday, we ordered Uber eats. I ordered 6 honey bbq boneless wings and received 10 traditional in the delivery. It’s amazing how many times the order is incorrect. Cool more wings, but not boneless like i ordered. Its almost a bet every time - what will be wrong with the order this time?? Train the staff better!!

Had no complaints about our meal tonight. We ordered onion rings and the 15 piece special of wings in 3 different sauces. Our server COOLEIGH i think that was her name recommended the orange chicken sauce. Excellent choice. Our food came quickly, hot and cooked perfect. We never had to ask for refills of our beverage she always saw was filled. Thsnk you again for a great night out

On Superbowl Sunday 2/13, my wife and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Clearwater. We got there shortly before the game and sat at the bar. There was only one bartender on duty (must be short staffed like everyone else), she introduced herself to us but I forgot her name. As soon as the game started the place began to get busy. You would never have known that there was only one bartender working. She was absolutely incredible, never missed a beat and had a positive attitude all night. I apologize for not remembering her name because she deserves recognition.

Compared to other B-Dubs I've visited, this one seemed like they were suffering from employee turnover. The service and food were subpar. When I know the menu better than the server and I have to find the server to get silverware to eat my food that came out cooled, there are some training problems that need attention. Hopefully, they'll get back on track!
