It's Burger King, so let's manage our expectations. Having said that, I don't expect to spend 35 minutes in the drive thru line for a small mobile order: a double Whopper and a large order of french fries. I worked at Burger King in high school, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that that order should take absolutely no more than 5 minutes to make.I ordered it on the app at 10:18, pulled up to the speaker at 10:22, and finally got to the window at 10:43, after they took care of the five cars in front of me. The young lady (who appeared to be in training) tried to hand me the bag, and I asked her how long it had been sitting in the window. She looked at the receipt and said, "It says 10:18," to which I replied, "That was 25 minutes ago." The other young lady (who appeared to be her trainer) apologized and asked me to pull ahead and wait while they remade my order. At 10:58 (a full 15 minutes after she asked me to pull ahead and wait), a third young lady came out, handed my food over with the most passive-aggressive fake smile I've seen in many moons, and said facetiously, "Have a good one."In that 15 minutes, they served two cars and the drive-thru line grew until it wrapped halfway around the building.This is not the first time I've gotten abysmal drive-thru service at this location, but it certainly was the worst. I can count on one hand the times I've gotten service this bad at any fast food restaurant in my entire not-short adult life. It'll be the last time it happens at this particular franchise, though.

I keep giving them chances, yet they fail in the area of service more often than not. It took a few minutes to even acknowledge that I was there at the drive thru speaker. I ordered a cheeseburger and nothing else, which should be pretty simple. After pulling up and waiting over five minutes for anyone to either take my card or give me the food, I just left. It is clear that this place is understaffed and chronically mismanaged. I will give it another chance, but not for about 6-12 months.To be clear, there is nothing wrong with the food other than the overall decline of Burger King's food at a global scale. This restaurant makes its food according to corporate standards.

Best Burger King I’ve ever had. Seriously every single menu item I ordered was absolutely delicious. Let me take a moment to talk about the food and explain why it was delicious. Firstly I ordered 8 different items because it was myself and two others eating. They did not miss any items and gave me all the sauces & salt pepper that I ordered. I also had some menu items with modifications on the item and they followed it all perfectly. Really nice job maintaining accuracy. I ordered a few burgers, chicken sandwiches, impossible whopper, fries & mozzarella sticks. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. I particularly impressed with the original chicken sandwich and the fries. I added onions and cheese to this sandwich and it was really really good. The fries were overflowing in the bag nice and full, also very hot and salty. Overall just a really great experience that really made my night. Thank you managers, cooks & team members for a wonderful BK experience. I definitely had it my way but only because of this remarkable food quality and service. Thank you managers who have clearly trained all employees on how to serve food correctly. If anyone important is reading this I just want to say this Burger King is a great representation of the brand. Thanks!

What is really recommend coming to this one their fries are always cold and they always running out of things especially sweet tea I'm in line right now at 9:34 p.m. and of course come to get my order and they don't have exactly what I ordered... I would recommend going elsewhere....

The order at the drive thru was taken right away. Cashier pleasant and made a change to the order I asked for. The food came to me freshly made and hot. I had a 10 minute drive back to work and by then the food was cold but that's to be expected. The fries were not very good cold but the whopper with cheese was very tasty as a change to what is available in Dunedin. Looking in the drive thru window the workers area was very clean and organized. With how fast food is today and comparing them this was pretty good.
