I wanted to try a different Chinese restaurant. I walked in and while waiting less than a minute at the front for someone, a worker in the back, carrying a bin of raw chicken, dropped the bin and a few pieces of chicken hit the floor.He picked them up, put them back in the bin, and walked off.I left and won't be back.

I have been a loyal customer of China 99 for a minimum of 5 or 6 years. The last time I placed an order (approximately one month ago), we all noticed that the chicken within our quart of Chicken and Brocoli was very sour. It tasted spoiled. Since we purchased two quarts, we tasted the second quart and it was also sour. So I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the lady owner of the restaurant. I told her the chicken was sour and she said to bring it back. The food items had been delivered by her husband less than 15 minutes prior to the call. I brought the items back to the restaurant and asked her to try it and she agreed that the item did not taste fresh. She was apologetic and instead of having the item replaced, I asked for a refund for the entrees. Keep in mind, this was only two of the six or so entrees we ordered. Tonight we decided to order from this restaurant and after placing the order, the male owner of the business made a comment to my son about not returning any more food. When I was told about his comment I called him and told him to cancel the order. I always enjoyed the food at this restaurant and we have been patrons who spent at least $70 every time we ordered and more than $100 on special occasions, but I refuse to do business with any owner who has no interest in their customer's satisfaction especially when the owner is aware of our long term status as a good customer. Good food, but really poor customer service!! You lost a good, loyal, and long time customer!

Worst Chinese food I ever had called DoorDash to get a refund no shrimp in one meal but two pieces and egg for the egg wasn't done and it was mushy none of it had any flavor

China 99 delivered my food hot and ready in only 20 minutes from the time I placed the order. Amazing speed, and great food. I’m very particular about my sesame chicken and they made it perfectly. 10/10, A+, five stars!!!

Got a couple combos. Very tasty. Shrimp w/veg. Was great. Cashews w/chicken tasty but texture of meat too mushy. Shrimp roll good. Teriyaki beef very good. Beef lo mein tasty but meat texture mushy.egg roll good. Fortune cookie ? stale.
