Arrived an hour before closing, crew was cleaning the restaurant, pizza was not being made and what was left was not fresh and was dried out. Salad bar was not being restocked. Numerous items were missing. Normally this is a great pizza buffet restaurant, however think twice before going an hour before closing unless you are okay with leftovers.

Large dining area and large arcade. Pizza buffet as expected, my friend who hadn't been to thus location said it was the biggest Cicis they'd ever seen with the arcade. Fun for families.
The pizza selection was a bit small for prime lunch hour but the pudding pizza was absolutely amazing to top off our lunch.

Man I hope yall read my review before going there I always loved cicis and was craving it with my family and we had looked up what time they close it said 9pm we had plenty of time it was only 7:50pm we got there and the host looked at us like you are seriously eating here while we are closing. So after we paid there was like 2 pizza not even full they had like 3 slices left and I had asked them if I can make a mini pizza of my own he deadass looked at me and told me no cause they had shut everything off I told him I wanted a refund he looked at me and told me ugh hold up and then there was a server in the place cleaning up and staring at us telling us to hurry up and eat I’m very disappointed one of my favorite food places while I was a kid turned into garbage yall need to go back to the old days.

Very upsetting. We came at 8pm for a quick dinner, and they only had 4 pizzas out, the salad bar was already taken out of the cooler area, tried to order a lil custom pizza and they told us they couldn’t do it as they had already shut down the kitchen. One of the waitress was rushing me telling to eat quick because they are about to close but the sign said 9. I thought I would’ve had more time then 5 mins to eat… extremely disappointed… had to go to a different restaurant…smh

I went yesterday because I happened to be in the neighborhood. The kid checking me out up front was obviously having a bad day...I told him it was just me and maybe he mumbled something under his breath but I didn't hear him. I asked him why I was charged over 13 dollars for one person, and he snapped " I asked you if you wanted a drink!"...I tried to maintain calm and told him I didn't hear him say that and I never responded to his question, so why did he just assume! The owner intervened and tried to see if I wanted a refund before I started getting in an argument, but that would've been a waste of time. Later I see the kid banging chairs and cleaning up really loudly...I don't know if he was just frustrated or what, but it was a terrible experience so I just left. I'm only giving it 3 stars instead of 1 star because the owner was being nice. Please re-train your staff though...there's no need for them to get defensive and confrontational. It ruined my entire night and I was really really mad. I won't be back as long as that kid is there.

Very good for a chain pizza place. If a pizza isn't out that you want they will make it for you. Pizza buffet pies and dessert pies were all fresh and hot. Pasta was overcooked, but they offered Alfredo sauce as well as tomato sauce. Salads and toppings were fresh. We were there at 235 on Tues. As you go in the menu is on the left we placed our order and it came to $27 ,As we were leaving on the right hand side of the check out was a sign that read Mon. and Tues. 2-5 The price was 5.99 if you purchased a LG. Drink which we did. I said to the the young boy we were over charged and he said you have to ask for that.What a Crock.
