I have gotta share something that's been weighing heavy on my mind and soul. See, I got this thing where I can only eat food if it's wrapped up in jello. It's a weird deal, I know. But blueberry jello, man, that's my jam. It's been that way since I was knee-high in the Macon City jello factory back in Iowa. Back then, my ol pap, God rest his soul, used to put all the food he made me in jello cause of a rare bone disease I got as a kid. Jello has animal bone marrow, it's like medicine for me, kept me going when I had no appetite and now it's the only way I care to eat.So there I was in the mall, just doing my Tuesday routine, swingin by Cinnabon after seein my girl at Pandora, when they hand me my roll, and it's in beautiful blue jello! And warm bone broth on the side for to me drink. I couldn't believe it, man. But then it hits me, ya know, they did it for me. They knew. And it just... it got me. Made me feel seen, cared for after all this time, shows how sweet they are.And I'm eatin my roll at the table for the first time, usually I gotta go home and labor the put the thing in jello, then, boom, I crunch down and I'm worried for a second there was a malfunction with the pastry but there's a freakin ring inside my mouth man! Turns out my girl, she's been plottin with em, and she pops the question right then and there and I'm sittin there, tears in my eyes, ring in my hand, I say yes, of course.Now, here I am, sittin on my couch back at our apartment, tear stains on my shirt, thinkin about how a jelly roll changed my life. Me and my girl, we're gettin hitched this summer, and we're invitin all them Cinnabon folks. And get this, we're gonna have a cinnamon jello cake at the wedding. Life's a wild one, ain't it?

Girl working sat in back corner of stand on her phone the entire time I was there, me and a mom of 2 stood waiting before we both gave up and walked away. There was hardly any food displayed and all of the icing on the rolls was cracked and dry so I doubt it would have been good anyway. Seems like every time I stop here it's this

Very angry employee today after standing there for 2-3 minutes we said hi she got mad and threw her Cinnabons across the counter didn't make a purchase felt very uncomfortable and when we told her that she said okay

Awful! I bought a box of 6 cinnabons for $21 and although I requested a freshly made box and was told that it was fresh and made the same day, I got home and discovered they were dry and hard and obviously not fresh! The customer service was awful the cinnabons were awful and I will never be back. I was so looking forward to having a good cinnabon after not having them for years but now I never want one again.

Today came to get a couple cookies about 2pm and the 2 girls behind the counter working was one of the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. They barely said anything and when they did they acted like they did not want to be there or take an order. I always come here for my cookies and never had a problem. I was always greeted and asked if I need them warmed up. When I asked if the cookies were warm I was told “well.. they can be.” Like it was a problem to just warm it up real quick. (Which she just literally warmed up for a few seconds in the box and we’re not warm)There was a bit more to this interaction today but I don’t need to get into anymore. These girls need more training with customers or let go. Very rude and not didn’t want to be there or bothered.

The girl in red is always rude never has the right cups says there's always Supply issue gave me a broken straw and when I asked her for a new one said you go throw that away I'll see if I can find another one she asked the wife and I to step aside so she could talk to one for friends that was in line while the other young man made our order she then gave that girl and the one behind her free cinnamon rolls without even charging them because they were friends should be fired for stealing do not go here

Nothing bad to say. It’s Cinnabon after all. We got there right when they opened up and got two original cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven with extra frosting and two pecan buns also fresh out of the oven. The center of the rolls were all just slightly undercooked as is signature with Cinnabon. Amazing for the taste buds, but not for the waste line!

It was great and Kayla the server was so nice and helpful. The cinnamon bun was out of sight! I recommend this Cinnabon very highly and it's in Countryside mall right outside of Dillons by the skating rink.
The girl's attention was extremely rude. I kindly asked her to return the product to me because it was dry and hard and she threw the box on the floor... they should change the staff, it was exactly at 6:20 p.m. cameras for staff to behave.

I'm one when I visit Countryside Mall to stop by and get my Mocha Latte Chill with wip cream and chocolate drizzle. It's been months! When I say months I mean it. Since, they have had no Chocolate drizzle. All I have gotten is "Sorry we are out of chocolate drizzle".Today. Saturday January 21st, 2023 @ 5:33pm to be exact I purchased a Mocha Latte Chill and guess what..!? No chocolate drizzle AGAIN!I ask nicely ask: "Is there a manager I can speak with or put in a complaint?" One of the females responds: "I am sorry, we have been out for weeks."I respond: "I am sorry I am a regular here and it's been months since I've been receiving this respond, it's not about you but it should be mentioned to the supervisor this way when inventory is done it can be taken into consideration." 2nd female employee: her response: "Well, we can't control what comes in the country or not." My response: Thank You.Now... Are stores, companies, restaurants that desperate in hiring that at this point they are hiring anyone? With this being said ,do employees go through orientation and training? It's not what you say but how you say it. It's about the tone. Let's not forget we are dealing with food. Where are the proper health precautions? They didn't have neither a hair net, nor name tag.

Wow, waited for a few minutes with one other mall worker in line while employees chatted away with her. I felt like I was intruding or something and the employees definitely gave me that impression especially with one completely ignoring me. Something about some gossip at another store. It's nice though that mall workers have a sense of community though. And, what's with the menu not working. Nice that the gal said the prices after asking twice.They must have done something really special to my cinnabon roll to make it look so pathetic and since when is coffee supposed to smell and taste like cigarette ashes. I felt like throwing up. Too bad that I can't dispute the charge or ask for a refund for what was sickening. No wonder the Starbucks a short walk away had such a long line.Not Ever coming back and I'm really not one to leave a bad review, been a long while since I've done that.
