I love there ice cream for the price I recommend this place but I passed by to get some ice cream the other day and I pulled in at 9:40 ready to order but while I was pulling in the 2 people that were working that night immediately rush to the back then I nocked on the window so I can order the guy told me that there closed I asked why and he just said that there closed in a firm attitude (20 minutes early) then when I started to head back to my car all I hear is them laughing behind me. but I do recommend coming here for the ice cream

Pulled up to the location with no other customers sitting outside. Noticed one woman working she did not greet us or let us know she would be with us when she was finished with her current order. Even after giving the order to the customer she proceeded to disappear and once we could get her attention was extremely rude. The manager stepped in and proceeded to be just as rude as the employee. We chose to leave and was very disappointed in the experience and will not be coming back!

Great throw back ice cream shop.Wednesday, March 13, 2024 @ 6:30 pmTook friends tonight to share our favorite ice cream shop. We ordered our ice cream and one of the four was made just as a large group of people and a couple approached the counter. Instead of completing our order, the young man went back to the register to take orders from the new arrivals.The end result was that one of us sat and ate alone and then had to sit and wait for the rest of us. When I asked him to complete our order before taking new ones, I was RUDELY told, "you'll get your ice cream don't worry". Not the point at all. Fresh! So disappointed since there has always been wonderful kids working there.I am not changing my original review because I am assuming that whoever is in charge will have a chat with this young person on how to work with customers.

My black and white (vanilla chocolate swirl) milkshake with malt was a 10/10. Those combos are often not available at other places. Malt was an extra dollar. Wish I lived in the area so I could try all the other items. The Nutella milkshake looks awesome too. The old school styrofoam cup kept it cold the whole drive home!
