i have to be honest the food was like the McDonald's of bbq. why box mac n cheese? why canned pork n beans? i spent 40+ dollars and would have been better off making ramen noodles. in a time where people are hard up for money and you put out mediocre food at premium cost... you should be Ashamed of what you are doing.

I put my order in so my family could eat dinner. Got my email confirmation, the food never showed up. I called the store right after my order was placed to make sure they got everything. No answer for 1 hr 45 min.

Do not order from here. It’s actually a wing House restaurant and half of our order did not show up. When I called the restaurant, she basically told me that they were out of most of the stuff and they were getting ready to close down for the day because they were out. But didn’t bother to have anyone call us about our order not having the stuff and sent is half of it anyway then told us they couldn’t help us with a refund or anything and not a very good impression for first time ordering

Thia was God awful. Mac an cheese was kraft box mix pork beans some awful non brand name. Cole slaw nasty. I ordered pulled pork some kind of nasty sliced who nows what. Brisket no flavor and sauce was bottled.

Unfortunately, I am left leaving a one-star review with this establishment, due to the fact that there is not an option to leave negative stars. This was absolutely the worst experience that I've ever had ordering takeout online. We ordered from Dickey's BBQ online. We were prompted to pick up our order from the wing house on Gulf to Bay Boulevard. This was interesting, because when we pulled up there was no sign that there was any association with Dickey's BBQ. I ventured inside to pick up my order. I was quite grateful that I did not have my children with me, because the way that the girls were dressed, it was quite frightful. But that was the least of my issues. They could not find my order, and had no interest in finding my order. It was like I ordered barbecue from a frat house. Extremely disgusting and dirty inside. We never did end up receiving the food, and to this point in time have never received a refund. I would never recommend going to this establishment, whether you are trying to go to Dickey's BBQ or the winghouse. Steer clear! I'm not sure why Dickey's BBQ would want their name associated with such a disgusting place and disgusting, rude people.

This was absolutely horrible and the most horrific experience I have ever encountered, the food was so off and the portions were unbelievably small the sides were stone cold and disgusting, the meat was in the size of dog food. This company should be sued for false advertisement and sickening food. Do not eat here

Gave us 6 terrible ribs. Forgot my beans and Mac and cheese. Coke had no syrup. Actually is a Winghouse. Worst food experience ever just go to Sunny’s barbecue if your looking for barbecue

Possibly the worst meal I've ever had delivered. No dinner rolls. No pickles and onions. Missing spinach. Baked beans are in my trash can. Taste like someone poured mustard and vinegar in them. My wife's ribs are burned beyond recognition. My 3 meat plate looks like scraps off someone's dinner plate.

Absolutely terrible!!' We ordered a family pack that was meant to serve 6. It was supposed to include 3 family sides, 2 pounds of meat, bread, sauce, etc. I had to weigh the garbage they sent. It was .26 pound, no bread, sides are single servings. The meat is NASTY! It's hard and gristly. I should also mention the girl answering phones did not even know what Dickeys bbq was. They are sending this out of wing house on gulf to bay. I say AVOID at all costs!!!
