Worst expirwnce ever..got a pizza i didnt order, called store. Josh very unprofessional or helpful. Was told to call tomorrow to talk to gm. I ordered pepperoni for my son. I got bacon and green pepper which my child doest eat. 24.00 down the drain, ask for rhem to pls fix they could pick this puzza up they said i had to pay for it.last time i order from them i have been loyal consumer with no complaints ever. Get better team to work.i will never spend a dime at this this store again

Walked in on lunch break to pick up carryoit order that the app told me to as ready for pickup. When I show up to the store no one is behind the counter and my pizza along with two other orders falls out of the oven on the floor while I’m waiting. When the guy Jovannie finally comes out of the bathroom doing who knows what he tells me he still has to make my pizza an it’s not ready and he doesn’t know why the app said it was clearly lying to me. It was a disgusting scene the guy the tried to make my pizza with no gloves on after coming out of the bathroom with dry hands and covered in sweat. I got a refund and left I won’t be going back if that guy is there it was unsanitary. UPDATE: They called my employer and got me fired over this. Liars and degenerates are working here spend your money here at your own risk.

The general manager at this location is very very rude he has no customer service skills at all he was literally arguing with my husband because they went to the wrong apt! Then on top of that he hung up in my husband face! I have never had problems with any other Dominos but this one sucks I would advise no one to order from this Dominos the manager is very rude!!!!! He wouldn’t give his name or nothing I can’t believe he works at a place like this he has no customer service skills he needs to be FIRED!!! I will never order from here again!!!!!

I ordered 2 pizzas, but one was delivered wrong. I called to them and they told in 35 min the right pizza will be delivery at my place. And guess?! That never was delivery and they turned all my calls off.

I ordered 3 large pizzas. There is no way y’all put such LITTLE toppings that I can count how many toppings you put on my pizza AND I paid extra for it. All of the pizzas were cold and vile. Couldn’t even cut it all the way through either. $70 down the drain for some cardboard. Only good thing about this was my delivery driver.

Ordered arrived late, was marked as completed on the app, even though we had not received and was the wrong order. Had to call 3x’s and wait over 15 minutes before someone came to the phone. When they answered, they told me I’d have to wait a “long while” before they could refund money to me. Then hung up. Incredibly bad service. What’s the point of having an app tracker if the employees mark completed way before it actually comes? What happened to customer service? What happened to refunding money that is due back to the customer in a timely fashion?

Ordered chicken bbq pizza large. Maybe 4 baby pieces of chicken on the entire pizza.
Worst pizza ever. Pizza was ready and sitting there. Made me wait until it got cold. When I got it home it had very few Toppings and no garlic on crust. What a waste!!!

I ordered curbside at 6:20 PM. Had to go inside at 7:03 PM because they never brought out my pizza to me. It’s now cold due to the sheer incompetence of team members that couldn’t follow a simple task. I called three times and no answer only to see nobody in line to pick up anything. They were actively ignoring my phone call. I’ll never go to this dominos again due to sheer incompetence of its employees.
