I originally gave this location 2 star. I have now downed it to 1 star because this location couldn't be worse if the tried. I ordered a coffee and a pancake wrap. They messed my coffee up and gave me the wrong wrap. Not to mention the original reason I gave this place 2 stars being I sat at there drive thru window for about 5 min before they decided they wanted to even make my food. Then I find out the were wrong. Go to any other location than this one.

Guess general manager, or the manager or the owner does not care how customers feel at all. The employees need to be trained or fired. They are so lazy and they act so miserable. They throw the food in the bag, burnt bagels, carelessly organized And so rude. The behavior is unacceptable. Lots of people have negative experience from this location. They act like they are being forced to work there. Whoever is reading this, please do not go to this location or waste your money. Do not waste a penny at this location because they give you dirty and burned food nothing is fresh . The managers go through the reviews and they really don’t care. It’s all about money for them. They don’t care about the customer service. I will be having rest of my colleagues and friends. Leave a review here at least it could get to somebody in the management who really cares.

Went through drive-through to order coffee and donuts. Also asked for a cup of water for my son. Person serving through drive through window informed me that the location charges $1 for cups of water. This not the fee for bottles, for cups of water. ONE DOLLAR ...for a CUP...of WATER. Is this a real policy?

We ordered at 12:01pm and sat inside waiting for our order for 30 minutes. When we asked how much longer our food would take, the workers didn’t even remember taking our order even though there was only one other guest who ordered in that span of time. We had to write down by hand what we ordered for them to make it for us. They had no idea we were waiting on anything even though we were sitting right in front of them.

I came for a specific coffee was told it was ordered and would arrive in a few days. I wasted 4 days buying cups because they said they were doing a special order. They in fact did not order. I was hopeful this would be my new location but the customer service was lacking. At least there is 2 more within a few miles, avoid this one!!!!!

Let's be honest...If Dunkin' Donuts really wants to step up, have clients and have better numbers this location needs new management as well as employees. It's located in a very strategic area for drivers, walkers, residents and even tourists. Customer service is everything in a food restaurant. This establishment lacks it! The attitude you get in the drive-thru, is not it.. Please don't hire to just hire, and have someone who's willing to put in work and has customer skills! They always sound like they are obligated to be there. As a client, I dislike that vibe, especially with food. It's not trustworthy. How about:Good Morning, Welcome to Dunkin Donuts, how can I help you? [Pause, have the person mention what they want]. Listen for questions, not ask every second "is that all?" On top, when you ask for a bagel with cream cheese, they just slap the cream cheese! Is it to hard to spread it out!? It feels like you are eating a bar of cream cheese.This location is promising it just needs better management as-well as employees!

After work I needed a snack, I ordered one wake up wrap and it was cold. Mind you I was literally the only car in whole parking lot I almost thought I was closed but they answered. I then order and wait about 5 mins before someone shows up assuming it was for my food and then I drive home literally behind it and it was cold. If you show up you might as well work. I will say my coffee from here has been good to fine the only other time I've visited.

Morning Drive thru lady has an attitude when customers place there orders, and is rude when u correct her when she reads the order back to you and it's wrong. She even told me to go to the other Dunkin Donuts that she was not going to take my order when I told her she messed up the order. She needs to be fired. Please do not go to this Dunkin Donuts.

The level of incompetence at this location is unfathomable. Just placed a drive through order and was asked to pull up to the front of the building to wait, which is no problem. From the time of placing the order to receiving the full order, 35 minutes elapsed. One employee walked out for a personal phone call leaving the other worker handing out cold, incorrect orders and asking us what we ordered again (more than once). Will never be back.
