I ordered through the app and went inside to pick up my order. They told me they were out of turkey sausage for the wake up wrap and can replace with egg and cheese, however I was not refunded for the price of the turkey ordered. I also ordered a medium coffee and it tasted like hot water and milk. I had to make my own coffee. The outside and inside of this facility needs a deep cleaning. Very disappointed to throw away money.

Went 3 times and it was absolutely awful every single time. Cant cook the food properly let alone give you a straw or put sugar in your coffee when specifically requested.
Chocolate milk expired Sept 24th and was purchased on October 12th. So glad my grandson only drank a small amount. 4 calls to store and no answer. I did call corporate office.

Service is always slow as it is with almost all of the Dunkin' Donuts in my area. I do not know if I will ever get used do facial tattoos and nose and lip regularly. This jewlery does not look sanitary.. Just an old guy with friends who visit Duncan regularlly.

WORST DUNKIN EVER!, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Guy in entrance never saluted (scary with piercings on leap), the girl on drive-thru with terribly bad attitude, upset and saying bad words on front of customers, guy preparing coffee all distracted, really was a none good experience. We will never go there again. We were there on 9/10/23 at 10 am. Please send this people to a customer service curse URGENT!
