I stopped going to Dunkin a while back after countless times of horrible iced coffees. We Stopped by the location on drew Street on a whim... Let me tell you Antoine made me THE BEST iced coffee, and customer service I have ever received at multiple locations. Will definitely be going back for a delicious coffee and top tier customer service. THANK YOU ANTOINE!

Claude at the drive thru window of this location went out of her way to show that she did not want to be working on this Black Friday. For some reason, shutting the window mid sentence to block out customer questions. Interesting. Then, when asked about getting a stirrer for the coffee, walked off in a huff to get a straw. Great. So, will not be back. Thanks for a good start to the morning, hope it's a busy day for ya

So the idiot working the window hands me a steaming hot coffee with the top not on all the way and the way he handed it to me it dropped all over me and my car. All he can say is I didn’t put the top on BRO. Then started getting tough through the window. Absolutely ridiculous.. I wish I could give them a
Food consistent, not always a lot of thought when packaging things. Very often get a chocolate frosted doughnut stuck in bag upside down with all the frosting stuck to bottom of bag or stuck to napkins in bag. Service smiley and friendly.

So i go to this location all the time, i never have issues. Workers are nice, coffee is always good. I went today got my iced chai latte like always with skim milk. The milk was spoiled, could tell by first sip. i’m not too worried about it. I just wanna make sure for they are rotating and checking the dates on their products. Don’t want anyone getting sick.

Horrible customer service!!! Never seen anything like it. Messed up up all three order including our last donut order which they gave us two wrong donuts and when we went up to show that they gave us two chocolate CAKE donuts instead of chocolate custard regular donuts, they refused to fix it and demanded we pay again for another two donuts. Never seen this kind of poor customer service. Asked to speak to the manager. There is no manager. They would not give me the number of their manager. I’ve never seen such poor customer service. Worst experience.
