if i could give 0 stars, i would. i ordered a medium almond milk iced latte with less ice. seemingly the manager, not dressed in any dunkin attire, started to make my latte and i politely said “hi, im sorry could i have less ice in that” and she said “less than this?” and i replied “yes please if possible”. she walked away and came back with a half filled medium cup with my “iced latte” inside. it was genuinely filled half way with coffee. this “manager” was extremely rude and seemed as though she was sticking it to me for making a simple request. keep in mind, this is my normal order and have never had this experience when asking for less ice at any dunkin. i will never go here again.

This dunkin’ was very narrow and had some outside seating, but not a lot. The staff member was cordial. The menu was the standard menu. This location is directly across from a Starbucks, and they had no problem handling the overflow from there.

Norma is unprofessional. She was eating over the area where she was making the food. DISGUSTING!! Customers were standing at the register, and she walked right by them several times without acknowledging them. ABSOLUTELY NO sense of urgency while there is a line. Do not recommend it while she is there.

So run down and dirty. I ordered a toasted bagel and I saw they put it and cut it and prepared it on a very greasy counter where they probably prepare all the items, but it looked so incredibly unfresh. Clean the surface in between? It looked very weird. Some chairs, but not a place you want to sit and eat.

The donut was amazing and heat didn't even melt the icing on it. The person at the desk was not so great they made fun of the drink my amazing cousin was getting and had a bad attitude. The wait was long but it wasn't really in there control. The place inside has nice bright colors and light was ok.
Wonderful experience. We’re from out of town and stopped for a coffee. Walked in kinda smelled but we wanted a a drink so we stayed. Thank goodness we did!!! Ed was amazing and gave us the inside scoop on how the drinks were made and about the actually good local restaurants. He even came in on his day off to help run the place BY HIMSELF!!! Coffee tasted great and honestly is better than Starbucks. It was so good that I got 2! Loved the place and Ed. Somebody deserves a raiseeee!!!!!!

I go to dunkin almost every dat and the staff is amazing however, the store smells like sewer water and I doubt it's safe for anyone. It has smelled like this for the past week!! Please fix this
