This place is amazing. It's super cute perfect for pictures and the employees are incredibly nice. I will be returning here for my bagel craving days

The bacon they serve is absolutely not edible. The sandwiches without bacon are ok. The coffee is great.

I was THRILLED last night when I found out Caribou Coffee had partnered with this location as a northerner who used to manage a Caribou Coffee. They grew my love of espresso initially and I knew I had to make the trip here today to check it out. Small interior but very friendly and helpful staff. The girls were very personable with me even though clearly really busy at 10am on Monday. Amazing drink quality, just like I remembered and a good selection of breakfast items! The only downside to my trip today was learning that they don't sell the coffee in bulk as they would at stand alone Caribou's and would weigh and grind to your liking. Thankfully, I can order that way online still and I am excited to share my love of Caribou and support my local location. If you're sick of Starbucks, come try Caribou! I bet you won't regret it if you Cari-do (hahaha I'm so sorry but seriously, it's a nice morning treat!)

Usually everything is wonderful and perfect, but my last order was pretty awful. My guy treated me to breakfast last Saturday- Oct 24. I simply ordered avocado toast on Asiago bagel. The avocado was NOT ripe. It was hard and bitter. It was also about a table spoon portion for 2 halves of a bagel :( . Having worked in food industry for several years, it really frustrates me when common sense doesn't kick in for whoever prepared my food. When avocado doesn't mash easy-it's NOT ripe!!! There wasn't any additional flavor to the avocado mash and again, tiny portion for a WHOLE bagel! I didn't call that day because it was a treat from my guy, so I ate some of the bagel to not make him feel bad. But seriously, it was hard to swallow : /

Customer service could be improved...asked for cream cheese on side, the bagel had cream cheese on it and team member told me I didn't ask for it on the side and was very rude. This team member was very rude taking my order and with my pickup of my order.

I've only ever had bagels from here in the past which have always been great. Their honey almond cream cheese is a thing of beauty that I would put on everything if I could. We decided to order some breakfast and coffee after waking up a little too tired for a work day. Ordering was easy and pickup was seamless as well.I opted for a Santa Fe sandwich which was pretty good. The sausage overwhelmed the flavor a bit for me, but was good nonetheless. The jalapeño salsa shmear definitely had a bit of a kick which was nice to wake you up in the morning! it is a big sandwich though and I could only eat about half of it. I had to save the rest for later.I also got a vanilla coffee which had really good flavor. It was strong enough to give you a caffeine kick, but still had the sweet vanilla taste without being too overwhelming. Overall, this place is great if you want a nice egg sandwich, bagel, or coffee and I highly recommend.

Great bagels and friendly service. We usually pick up assorted bagels and coffee for my office from here.

Very good selection of different great tasting bagels with nice toppings at your choice. The outdoor sitting is nice. Very friendly staff.

I have been going here for years. Love it here. They know my little one and talk to her all the time. Lisa and Mark have been here for years and it good to see the same people here. The only thing is that they should let one of people who here be the general manager.

They didn't have anyone out front for about 10 mins and then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have a certain product on their menu until I pointed directly to it. Dirty, not fast, not worth it.

This is the closest Einstein to me, but it's the worst in Tampa Bay. I have no idea why I think I'll come back and get better service but I never do. It's not that the workers aren't nice, they just don't know their job. They can't take a full order and get it right. Toasted bagels with shmear. Nova lox bagel toasted. Another toasted bagel with a different shmear. Get home and the Nova Lox Bagel isn't toasted. The bagel with schemata isn't toasted and the bagel that's toasted has no schmear on it. It's just bagels! How hard can it be? Every other Einstein in Tampa had been wonderful. The one on 4th street in St Pete was super busy when I used to work around the corner and they always get it right. The one on Dale Mabry in Carrollwood (probably my fave) always gets it right. Again, it's just bagels. How do you manage to jack that is every time?

Not my favorite location. Drove over a long way to take part inn the national bagel day. There was no clear instruction or anything around promoting the special day. You have to know before arriving, thanks social media. Anyway, I ordered a toasted nova lox toasted which I paid for separately since this was not part of national bagel day. Wifey got an toasted Asiago Bagel with Cream Cheese shmear. I asked for the same, except I asked for chive shmear. I get charged for the second Asiago toast, which the manager corrected once I pointed out the error. Wifey grabbed the order and waited inn the car before I could check the order. Anyway, we drove back home and my order was off. Lox Bagel wasn't toasted and my toasted asiago bagel didn't have come with a drop of shmear. What a waste of time.

Love the Farmhouse bagel sandwich. Next time it will be the all-nighter bagel sandwich

Dont remember what I got but it was good. Great after church or just waking up kind of place. You can easily tell who is in which category.
