Ordered online 4 subs and sides of potato salad through Door Dash. The bill was $75 thanks to door dash fees! The driver had to wait a long time, took over an hour and a half to get 2.4 miles delivery. I believe the driver's wait time cause I have had to wait a long time every time I've gone in. This used to be such a great place about 15 years ago and had a lot of regular customers. I hate to see it declining and hopefully it will get a shot to improve back to the good ole days.

Ordered a hot cuban and waited while my sandwich was sitting on the grill while the lady was chit chatting with another customer and when i finnally got my sandwich it was cold and dried out. Not what i had

A big group of us forgot to call ahead and bombarded the place with 12+ orders. The owner was very welcoming when she could have told us she could not do that big of an order. She told us she would have it out in 45min and had it to us in less than 30. She also knew all her regulars by name and order. When she heard we decided to support a local shop she gave us some food for free as thanks for giving her our business. One of the best sandwiches I have had in a while and very cheap for the quality and around of food. If am every in the area I will definitely be returning.

First time coming here. Had the ny steamroller. With the first bite, i knew it was gunna be a good sandwich. Atmosphere is awesome, service was quick. Food is excellent. Would def recommend

Food is good, set up is disjointed. When you order deli you want to be at the deli, but you have to to go register on other side of store to place order, nowhere near the deli. No direction nor welcoming feeling. I would have ordered additional items from the case but I was not near it when I paid to impulse purchase.Added: longest wait for sandwiches, not worth it vs pubsubs across the street
So slow! I was the only person in the place for a late lunch. Took 22 minutes to get my 2 sandwiches. Nothing fancy or hard to make, either.The sandwiches were mediocre. Best thing I can say is the Kaiser roll was tasty.Not enough meet in either sandwich for the price.

Frankie's Deli is great! The food and service is outstanding. It's an authentic "mom and pop" establishment and reminds me of all the great small, family, businesses there were in Brooklyn years ago. Our family loves this place and have been enjoying it for over eighteen years.

Love this placeI have been going to Frankie's for over 20 years. Five days a week. Why go anywhere else when the food is this good. I recommend the turkey club, all of the wraps, salads are always fresh and the roast beef delight. Frank and Tracy are the best!
