We went here and the rolled icecream was completely sour- like inedible (our kids got soft served and didn't complain so hopefully it was ok). The service was slow, especially considering we were the only people who when we arrived. They made ours and then made the people after us before checking us out. Our icecream was already melting onto the counter by the time we paid. While walking to the car with our kids they tried to come out to us and tell us they think they charged us less and we need to pay more. Upon review with them they admitted it was their mistake but still wanted us to pay for the additional amount. Extremely unhappy at the rude customer service and the even grosser product. Also, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We will not be back.

I got something new from the menu it's called waffelitto (bowl of happiness).It's a waffle cut into small size with lotus butter, chocolate syrup, lotus biscof, m&m's, crashed oreo and Fererro.It's something definitely bring happiness to my heart.It's from uber eat menu but you can go and ask them you wanna a waffelitto or anything else feom their menu and they can do this for you.The owner told me he has like 100 different icecream roll and many items crepe, dessert, milkshake, smoothie, boba te.Definitely i will come back again with my friends.

Guy is extremely disrespectful , I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and he asked me what was on the order which is fine. But he said is with suck an attitude and looked at me again with attitude and point to the chair and goes " sit down" I said what and he said it again with attitude "go sit down" which the seating is outside I just don't understand why I couldn't just stand there instead of you pointing to a chair and telling me to go sit outside so disrespectful... when I was approaching the ice cream roller place I was thinking about coming here for myself but no I think I've changed my mind overall at the end he did say thank you for waiting so I do appreciate that at least
Oh boy, first off we weren't greeted - just stated our orders and the guy went into the back for about 7 minutes doing god knows what. I ordered a "Taro Boba MILK TEA" and hubby ordered an "OREO milkshake". The guy comes back and just dumps taro ice cream onto the freezer tray. I said whatever, I'll try the rolls even though that's not what I ordered. Then he puts whipped cream on top (I don't like whipped cream) and strawberry boba? Ooookay. Hubby gets his shake and says it's only chocolate and vanilla shake.. no Oreos... Very strange encounter. Very weird time. Extremely weird vibes. The freezer trays are disgusting, I was eating around caked up ice that only god knows how long it's been on there.. 10/10 would never recommend

This place is awesome. If you get lucky and go when they aren’t too busy, they might just make something extra special for you. But they definitely have some delicious confections and the owner is super nice!

The owner is friendly, place is clean and smells really good. He makes the ice cream rolls in front of you. You get a lot of ice cream for the price and at least the three flavors we got were really delicious.
