I don't know how they stay open. There's never anyone there and they run on a skeleton crew. There was no hostess and only one waitress in the restaurant. Despite being the only customers, our wait was long and food was disappointing

I ordered 3 pancakes to go and when I got home and starting ripping them up I noticed they were severely undercooked! I called and spoke with a manager, though she was nice and offered to fix the problem and refund my money, I will never go back!

Travis greeted us and seated us right away! He was very professional and provided great service, constantly checking on us. The food was fast, fresh and it tasted great. I have gone to other iHops but this is my favorite location as it never disappoints!
