The subs are usually always good here but I went here at noon and ordered a sub. The bread was not fresh like it normally is but stale! Leftover bread probably from yesterday!

It's 12:30 pm afternoon rush time and they only have 2 staff members.. a line of 12 people.... Now down to 10 as 2 people walked out.. I've been waiting 10 mins to pick up an order and no one's asked me if i need help..... U derstandble short staffed but poor company management.... Will cancel all orders I get for this facility.. isn't worth the wait

It's a bit pricy, but you get quality meat. The staff always seems rushed, and I don’t know, maybe underpaid. IMO. Although they have a tip option at the register. I don't get a pleasant vibe, but they work like machines and get the job done and at a fast pace. The food is great. Always fresh. Im addicted.

Today, I placed an online food order and picked it up in-store. Shockingly, I discovered either mold or dust/dirt in my sandwich. This is entirely unacceptable and has destroyed my appetite. As a frequent patron, I am deeply disheartened and have lost my desire to order sandwiches from your establishment in the future due to its unsanitary and unprofessional condition. I am requesting a refund for my food today. It's frustrating to have to take time away from work to address this issue, only to be left unable to enjoy my lunch.

So.. I feel bad because I hate leaving bad reviews, however, this really rubbed me the wrong way. I come in, order a buffalo sandwich with no lettuce. It's rush hour so it takes nearly 40 mins until I get checked out with sandwich in hand.. I check my sandwich, lettuce all over. I tell the cashier and she has the cook remake it. Making we wait another 20 minutes for my food. So My problem isn't the mess up, it's busy, mistakes happen, I get it. I knew the rush was happening so the wait time was okay.. What upset me was the cashier didn't offer me any type of compensation for the mistake and making me wait. No free drink, side, size upgrade on sandwich, or even a credit. She didn't even apologize for the mistake. She just took the sandwich and seemed mad that I'd even say something. I don't mind paying 15 dollars for a sandwich, but it has to come out correct.Horrible customer service from cashier and not a good way to handle mess ups. Just saying. I'll probably be back in a few months tho. The food IS good haha

Tuna sub is really good. As is ham & provolone. Always fresh.
They gave me the wrong sub. They did remake it. However one of the ladies was rude and charged me double for double meat. I have always been charged $3 for extra meat on my husband's sub, but they charged me $6. I argued with her & she said everyone else was wrong. We use to eat there all the time but will never go back. And 2 subs and 2 small drinks costed me $46 something. We could have went to a nice place for that amount.
