I spent $100 there for me and a 5 year old. Is not worth the money at all for what you are getting.The place was completely empty, just our table. We were constantly asked if we needed something else till they just came to the table with the payment terminal. They were kindly inviting us to leave. We were rushed to leave even though the place was completely empty. That's why I'm giving a 2 star service.For $100, at William Dean you are getting DOUBLE the food plus a better service. I will not be coming again, I felt ripped off, TBH.

Great little experience for tea & lunch! It's a lot of food so don't think of it as just tea. The perfect lunch date or getaway with friends. The price is worth a nice relaxing lunch & great service. A very large tea selection organized perfectly and you get to choose your sandwiches! Also comes with scones and sweets on the tower.

The first time I ever needed a to-go box due to generous portions! Delicious. Beautiful presentation. Sarah, our server, was knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. The kids loved the blue butterfly pea tea that turned pink when t hey added lemon. Great photo ops.

I think this was my fourth afternoon tea at Joseph's. Overall it was a great time, but the service was not the same and you get less food. We had to leave the table to find a hostess to ask for more jam. There were four people at the table and we had about two teaspoons of jam. The salads are half the size they used to be. Again, overall it was wonderful and I will go back.

We went for my friends 84th birthday. They were all so gracious. We had a 3PM reservation and I know we were there past closing. They did not rush us out . It's a great place. She loved it. Thank you for being so kind.

Amazing tea house. You will get transported to Europe. Great for a romantic tea for two or enjoy with a group. Hat's off to Shannon and Guerby and all of the staff of Joseph's Tea House.
Wonderful service and incredible selection of teas. Individual china tea pots are such a nice touch. Beautiful decor inside, but the bright fluorescent lighting was just too harsh for an elegant vibe and the parking lot has giant pot holes and is in desperate need of paving. The location definitely affects the perception of value.

The food was delicious and they even catered toward my gluten sensitivity! It is really casual. So if that's what you want then go for it. If you're looking for a nice date it's not a good fit for that. The sandwiches were good, the tea was good the scones were clearly older and not freshly made. They were dry and not very good. It's like a cafeteria environment.
