My second chance in this store and got the pistachio ice cream yes it was good and very refreshing:). The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The place is cool and very nice. And it's clean too :) . We dropped by after a long walk. Try this store. They have foods to and drinks too.

Kilwins came highly recommended by a friend, so I made sure to stop in when I was in town. It's just a little place, with a couple tables for seating outside. When you walk in, you're immediately hit with the smell of house made waffle cones. It's delightful. There are premade chocolate treats to grab, or you can pick individual items from the case. There's also an ice cream case with loads of options. Because I'm a sucker for a hot fudge sundae, that's what I chose. I was pleasantly surprised that it was serviced in a waffle bowl. Let me tell you, that waffle is perfect. The sundae really hit the spot! So good. I also purchased some chocolates and caramels for gifts, which were given rave reviews Cost wise, I spent about $30 on the following: hot fudge sundae, a small handful of caramels, a chocolate bar and a chocolate heart pop. It's in a great area of shops, restaurants, etc. and parking is pretty simple (we parked over by the boat slips). I will most definitely stop in again!

A great place we did ice cream here, it was amazing ! Most of the time we get chocolate which is over the top great... Anything any kind.. The ice cream was great! Had a few samples because it's such a hard decision with so many great flavors , we do a double scoop traverse City Cherry, chocolate coconut... We liked that combo, but might walk back to try another combo....or chocolate.. Can't go wrong here.

Best ice cream in Clearwater, hands down. Super nice staff. Lots of other goodies, too.It is said that the best ice cream has the highest content of butterfat. Makes it rich and creamy. This is one of the best I've had in my many decades. Good selection of flavors.

This is a very good ice cream and chocolate/ fudge shop near the beach. I really liked the sorbet and the chocolate covered orange peels. The service was super slow though, but the employees were nice, they just didn't want to move very quickly.
Our young adults group had the BEST experience at Kilwin's! Everyone was so kind and helpful in us ordering and getting the line in a timely manner. The ice cream is SO good, you have to get some! They have many different flavors so there's sure to be something for everyone! Thank you!

Though this might be the cleanest ice cream place in the area, the exorbitant price for a mere single scoop will prevent me from returning. Ice cream was partially melted when I came out of the freezer.

Worst customer service ever. While we waited to buy 36.99/lb chocolates we were not greeted at all, made us wait while they just chatted at the ice cream stand and when we finally asked for service we were told to wait, as she was just walking around back and forth with a bag in her hand. Well their loss, will not be back.
