Me and my two small kids ordered the Oreo ice cream small portions it was over $23. When we got them they were half melted and tasted horrible like it had been mixed with mint ice cream. We will never be back!

The worst service. I didn’t like my ice cream and i tried to explain her and she doesn’t care, i paid for a ice cream that i put it in the trash. I do not have the best English but i tried to communicate. If you don’t like to serve people don’t work in FOOD SERVICE! Do your best and always be nice.

Being from NJ, Kohr’s is always a treat. I was curious as to the price increase over the weekend compared to weekdays though. Also, one visit was spoiled a bit due to a relatively unpleasant employee. Seemed we were bothering her quiet time.

Run teens…..don’t work here. The manager Maria is a nasty to the teens that work here. I know she fired my son because he got sick and then went on our family vacation and never told him, she just didn’t schedule him until a friend that he worked with told him he was fired We just got back and he just found out. Run run far away…. for something petty of getting sick. It’s good. Why would this establishment want someone working there while they have the flu? I know he had it because our whole family got sick with the same thing. She told my son it’s not an emergency or bad to take some over the counter meds and come in. Then she got so petty, she told him basically his punishment was she was taking him off the schedule the rest of the week. It’s food you serve people, are you trying to make people intentionally sick? Well Maria did. Don’t eat here or work there.

Vanilla ice cream didn’t taste like ice cream at all and ice cream wasn’t fully frozen. Never coming back.
Horrible horrible horrible… the custard was DISGUSTING… chunky and pasty… custard is not supposed to have grit in it LOL… we all took a bite of the custard and immediately placed it on the counter and left.

I absolutely love soft serve. This was the absolute worst I’ve had in my 43 years. Tasted like watered down vanilla and the orange had slimy consistency. $16 for garbage. Better off going to the gas station and getting a nutty buddy. Threw it in the trash.I will not be returning and would love our money back. Thank you.

Ridiculous they are even still open, only ice cream store around. Poor selection and ice cream had freezer burn, extremely high prices; $10.99 for a medium size shake, sad rip off. Never again, I'll drive to Indian rocks beach area. They thrive off unknowing tourist.
