I always order online and pay through the website. This must not be a very good system because the employees never see my order. Then, when I come to pick up they haven't started it yet and I have to wait. The food is good but the online ordering system sucks.

All the workers there are lazy.. They never have anything ready and make you wait 30 mins for items. You can definitely tell no one likes to work there by the way they treat their customers. I've been there a handful of times and have dealt with different employees, and they're all the same. Miserable people. The quality of their food reflects their attitudes.. I would avoid this location and go find another one.

I am beyond upset. Not only one but twice in the same night our deep dish was undercooked. You’d think after having them remake a pizza they would double check that it is up to standards but in this case they did not. The remake was somehow worse than the first one!

Hot and ready took 15 minutes and when I pulled up and ordered, I was the only Patron there.
This is unacceptable and sooo FKN disgusting!!!We got home with the order to find out that they gave us the wrong order and there is a FKN HAIR in the sauce!!!!Never FKN more!!!!
