Wow...I guess I'm behind the times as I just learned this location was closed. How sad...how very sad. They had a terrific pie at at great price. I don't eat a lot of pizza but that was the place I went to. Have to admit I agree with most of the negative reviews here, as every visit they were always empty. This is purely a guess on my part, but when anyone buys a franchise you need to be there personally to supervise until it's rolling. No one cares about the business more than you. The warmth & sincerity of the employees is half the taste of the pizza.

Marcos can go out of business for All I care!! I hope they do!! Unbelievable way to do business... I’ve been there many many times, pizza was right up there!! But the ‘customer service ‘ was a joke the past few months, as the other reviewers stated!! Wow!! What happened???!!!! Seems they don’t care !! And People from Marcos., Do NOT tell me to fill out a stupid form!! Get your act together!! Very Sad to write this, as that was my Go To pizza place. ?.

So disappointed with this place!! This had been my Go To for years, now gotta start another great pizza search!! The location seems closed at this time... You wouldn't have known by calling OR passing by the place!! You get a busy tone, and there is No Sign (at this writing) about anything!!! Just an empty place where it had been for many years!!....The customer service had gone downhill for several months... Should've seen it coming... No friendly faces, no one seemed to care... Now it's gone and it's very sad for me !!

I ordered pizza yesterday at the McMullen Booth location around 3 pm to have it delivered it at 6:15 pm. Prepaid on my credit card. I went to Publix to buy some groceries and noticed that the Marco's sign had been removed and the shop was closed for good! Was confused since how could the website still be up taking orders for a shop/location that was permanently closed?! Tried calling to inquire about my order, but no answer of course. Needless to say I did not receive my pizza and my credit card charges are pending! Today I noticed that the shop had a sign saying it is relocating to Dunedin. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company, and deeply disappointed in Marco's!

I ordered by phone after spending 35 minutes trying to order on line. I am supposed to be a registered member with benefits for ordering on line. When I tried to enter my password, it stated my email and password were incorrect. The online sight stated that they were closed and were not delivering. I finally ordered by phone and I must say that they young lady(Alyssa) who took my order had to enter my CC number 3 times and was very apologetic even though it was not her fault. I still think that you have the best thin crust pizza around, even though it was burnt around the edges. The web site only gave limited toppings and I had to ask Alyssa if they had what we wanted, Onion and Green peppers, Not a good experience for one of your regulars to deal with. Your delivery time was excellent

Used the phone app which was quick and easy and applied applicable coupons. I must say I am very upset! I didn't try you earlier.. Just moved to the area and tried a down town pizza place, it was ok and overpriced. So I went back to what I know... the big chains. Which are not bad. I didn't feel like driving to east lake to one of the go to's. Decided to Try Marco's. OMG Where have you been all my life!. Pizza was done at expected time and they were Delicious! Generous toppings...Chewy in the middle and crispy on the bottom and I usually do light sauce cause the others give me heartburn...It was saucy and no regrets! Bravo! My wife said, "From now on! This is what we order!" Thank You! Sorry No pics. It didn't last...Wife even divided up the left overs, which she never does..

Called 3:30 for a delivery for 4:30. Now 5:15 and No pizza. Kept calling and the girl there on the phone kept it is on the way. Still NO pizza. Called back and the girl hung up on me. Poor customer service. Never again.Today is Thursday. Just received call from my Mother in regards to the order from yesterday. She found on her front porch what seemed like a thrown pizza open and sprawled at her front door. What happened to Customerservice??? What Marcos did was uncalled for and rude!!!

Inconsistent. When the pizza is good it's VERY good. Even when they're off it's still good better than most. Just get frustrated when they're not available on uber eats or when I call at 5 pm on a Friday only to find out they're closed.

The pizza is delicious but the customer service is terrible. They could not take credit cards. I had to pay in cash which they did not tell me when I called in the order. When the pizza was ready, I had to tell her it was ready, she tossed it across the counter to me saying nothing. When I thanked her, she ignored me. I will not go there again. There are plenty of other pizza restaurants that will appreciate my business.

First let me start by saying that I have ordered from this Marco’s on several occasions and never had a problem, and with that said let’s go.I called to place a delivery order at 6:35 on 6/17/2021 and noticed right off that something wasn’t quite right. They always pull my phone number up and ask me if the information is correct but this time I was asked for my number and address, no big deal but hasn’t happened since the first time I ordered from here. I gave my order and CC info and was told it would be here in approximately 35 minutes, so far so good. After an hour my order hadn’t been delivered so I called to check on the status and was told that they had gotten “slammed” but that it had gone out the door about 5 minutes ago. I know things happen and wasn’t upset even though I live less than 2 miles from this location, no big deal. After another 45 minutes with no food I called the store back and was hung up on, thinking I’d been cut off I called right back and was hung up on again. I then called right back and asked for the manager, I was told that he WAS the manager and he wasn’t going to waste time talking to me on the phone and hung up on me AGAIN!!! I then drove to the store with the intention of cancelling the order and filing a complaint. I walked in the store and was promptly ignored for at least 5 minutes before he could bother to walk to the counter. I also noticed that for a store that was “slammed” there wasn’t ONE, as in not one, customer in the store and the two employees that I saw were just standing around. I asked to speak to his manager and was told that she had left for the day, so I asked for her number and was promptly told to f%*^ off. I told him to cancel my order and that I didn’t expect to see the charge on my CC statement. He then said, “ Or what? Come on back and start something there’s no camera”. Now I will freely admit that at this point I lost my $hit, called him a punk a$$ b^*ch told him that I’d gladly step outside with him and knock a hole in his head for him. I then did go outside and wait to see if he’d join me. I was so angry at this point that I didn’t care that I’m a 60 yo man (who walks with a cane because I’ve broken my back) and he was, what appeared to be, a mid 20’s young man in decent shape. I’m also not someone that loses his temper easily, but I’d been pushed beyond my limits by this point. I plan to go in and speak to the manager in the morning but after reading some of the reviews on here of this store and the manager I’m not expecting much, so my plan is to leave before she can piss me off too. I did file a complaint on the corporate web site and asked for a call from corporate but since this is probably a franchise I’m not too hopeful about that either. Y’all can choose to do business with this company if you like but as for me? I’ll be dammed if I’ll ever give them another penny of my hard earned money.

Back in Ohio this chain was awesome… unfortunately not so much here. The management team is F-n rude and smart mouthed. She blamed us for our order being wrong, when the ticket clearly had the correct order. Top it off , when we opened the pizza box, all the cheese was stuck to the inside lid ; by which the box was smashed…She told us we would have to bring it in , because if she sends the driver out we would need to pay for a new order and be charged for another delivery… This wasn’t the first time ; we gave it a couple of chances to redeem, but the grave just gets deeper…???

DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR MONEY!!!!! This place is run buy tyrants!!!!! We order a carry out and when went to pick it up we were told to put on a mask. We said we do not wear masks and the server got the manager. The manager told us she could not serve us without masks. Well I should mention she walked right past three employees (one cooking) that did not have on masks. When we brought his to her she said that they are kids and it's hard to control. Sooooo she can't control her employees but chastised me as a customer that's when we left. I asked if I could just pay and take my food as that would take less time than this conversation and we would be gone. She said she couldn't risk the Sheriff coming in and catching us without a mask. Well, it didn't seem to matter that her employees where not masked. Maybe I should have applied for a job and I would have been treated better. Will be contacting the health department to report the kitchen staff not wearing masks. If it's that important than it should be across the board and not just for customers. Will never return and look forward to seeing this place closed down.
